style="font-size:22px;">命門真火篇</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:命門居水火中,屬水乎?屬火乎?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:命門,火也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">無形有氣,居兩腎之間,能生水而亦藏于水也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:藏于水以生水,何也?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:火非水不藏,無水則火沸矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">水非火不生,無火則水絕矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">水與火蓋兩相生而兩相藏也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:命門之火,既與兩腎相親宜與各臟腑疏矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:命門為十二經(jīng)之主。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">不止腎恃之為根,各臟腑無不相合也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:十二經(jīng)皆有火也,何藉命門之生乎?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:十二經(jīng)之火,皆后天之火也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">后天之火非先天之火不化。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">十二經(jīng)之火得命門先天之火則生生不息,而后可轉(zhuǎn)輸運(yùn)動變化于無窮,此十二經(jīng)所以皆仰望于命門,各倚之為根也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:命門之火氣甚微,十二經(jīng)皆來取資,盡為分給,不虞匱乏乎?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:命門居水火中,水火相濟(jì),取之正無窮也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:水火非出于腎乎?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:命門水火雖不全屬于腎,亦不全離乎腎也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">蓋各經(jīng)之水火均屬后天,獨(dú)腎中水火則屬先天也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">后天火易旺,先天火易衰。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">故命門火微,必須補(bǔ)火,而補(bǔ)火必須補(bǔ)腎,又必兼水火。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">補(bǔ)之正,以命門之火可旺,而不可過旺也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">火之過旺,水之過衰也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">水衰不能濟(jì)火,則火無所制,必焚沸于十二經(jīng),不受益而受損矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">故補(bǔ)火必須于水中補(bǔ)之。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">水中補(bǔ)火則命門與兩腎有既濟(jì)之歡,分布于十二經(jīng)亦無未濟(jì)之害也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰,命門之系人生死甚重,《內(nèi)經(jīng)》何以遺之?</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:未嘗遺也。主不明則十二官危。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">所謂主者,正指命門也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">七節(jié)之旁有小心。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">小心者,亦指命門也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">人特未悟耳。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:命門為主,前人未言何也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">岐伯曰:廣成子云:竊窈冥冥,其中有神。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">恍恍惚惚,其中有氣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">亦指命門也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">誰謂前人勿道哉。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">且命門居于腎,通于任督,更與丹田神室相接。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">存神于丹田,所以溫命門也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">守氣于神室,所以養(yǎng)命門也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">修仙之道無非溫養(yǎng)命門耳。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">命門旺而十二經(jīng)皆旺,命門衰而十二經(jīng)皆衰也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">命門生而氣生,命門絕而氣絕矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">少師曰:善。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">陳士鐸曰:命門為十二經(jīng)之主。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">《素問》不明言者,以主之難識耳。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">然不明言者,未嘗不顯言之也。無如世人不悟耳。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">經(jīng)天師指示而命門絕而不絕矣。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">秦火未焚之前,何故修命門者少,總由于不善讀《內(nèi)經(jīng)》也。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">凌波按:以何處為命門,是頗值得研究的,有說此有說彼,其實(shí)命門一處本無定處。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">在人與天地同其德時,自可見命門,其他一切都是空談。</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><span style="font-size:20px;">若只說長生,則立鼎之處即是命門,即在臍后腎前。</span></p>
