It is the transition between winter and spring, the transformation between concealment and revelation, and the transition between the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. It is cold and frozen, with bare branches, gray sky, and tired bodies. Coldness penetrates the heart, and darkness also tries to control your whole body. The energy field of heaven, earth, and human beings has been compressed to the limit. But I firmly believe that extremes will reverse, and I want to seek the hidden energy in the world and find the message of spring, even if it is just a little bit.</p> <p class="ql-block">一花一世界，一樹(shù)一菩提，蘊(yùn)含著深刻的哲學(xué)思想和人生智慧。一朵花雖小，卻可以映照出整個(gè)世界的奧秘；一棵樹(shù)雖平凡，卻蘊(yùn)含著生命覺(jué)知的智慧。草木具有自然、純凈、破執(zhí)的特性，能夠啟發(fā)人們對(duì)佛法的理解，比如無(wú)常的示現(xiàn)、無(wú)爭(zhēng)的智慧和清凈的象征等等，人們常常會(huì)借助草木來(lái)參悟。</p> <p class="ql-block">A flower is a world, a tree is a bodhi tree, which contains profound philosophical thoughts and life wisdom. Although a flower is small, it can reflect the mystery of the whole world; although a tree is ordinary, it contains the wisdom of life awareness. Plants and trees have the characteristics of nature, purity, and breaking through attachment, which can inspire people's understanding of Buddhism, such as the manifestation of impermanence, the wisdom of non-conflict, and the symbol of purity. People often use plants and trees to meditate.</p> <p class="ql-block">杭州靈隱寺是中國(guó)著名的佛教寺廟之一，位于浙江省杭州市西湖西北的靈隱山麓。它始建于東晉咸和元年，至今已有1600多年的歷史，是中國(guó)佛教禪宗的重要寺院之一。寺院還種植了許多臘梅，臘月里，人們賞梅、悟梅、祈福，感悟自然與生命的真諦，從而獲得心靈的啟迪和精神的升華。</p> <p class="ql-block">Hangzhou Lingyin Temple is one of the famous Buddhist temples in China, located at the foot of Lingyin Mountain in the northwest of West Lake, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It was founded in the first year of Xianhe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and has a history of more than 1,600 years. It is one of the important temples of Zen Buddhism in China. The temple also grows many plum blossoms. In the twelfth lunar month, people appreciate plum blossoms, understand plum blossoms, pray for blessings, and understand the true meaning of nature and life, thus gaining spiritual enlightenment and sublimation.</p> <p class="ql-block">臘月的一個(gè)午后，我來(lái)到了千年古剎——靈隱寺，它如一顆璀璨的明珠，鑲嵌于杭州的翠巒之間，散發(fā)著淡淡的佛光與歷史的沉香。那些古老的建筑、精美的雕塑、深邃的殿堂，仿佛在訴說(shuō)著千年的滄桑與變遷。那一縷縷裊裊升起的香煙，更是將人們的祈愿與祝福，帶向了無(wú)邊的天際和遙遠(yuǎn)的未來(lái)。</p> <p class="ql-block">One afternoon in the twelfth lunar month, I came to Lingyin Temple, a thousand-year-old ancient temple, which is like a brilliant pearl, embedded in the green mountains of Hangzhou, emitting a faint Buddha light and the fragrance of history. Those ancient buildings, exquisite sculptures, and deep halls seem to be telling the story of thousands of years of vicissitudes and changes. The faint smoke rising from the incense sticks takes people's wishes and blessings to the boundless sky and distant future.</p> <p class="ql-block">靈隱寺的一磚一瓦、一草一木，仿佛蘊(yùn)含著某種佛性的力量。每一個(gè)角落，都能感受到一種難以言喻的寧?kù)o與和諧。一縷幽香便悄然襲來(lái)。那香氣清冽冷艷，似有若無(wú)，卻又執(zhí)著地縈繞在鼻尖，像一縷捉不住的禪意。循香而去，穿過(guò)回廊，繞過(guò)經(jīng)樓，在藏經(jīng)閣后的庭院里，我遇見(jiàn)了那株老梅。</p> <p class="ql-block">Every brick and tile, every blade of grass, and every tree in Lingyin Temple seem to contain some kind of spiritual power. In every corner, you can feel an indescribable tranquility and harmony. A faint fragrance suddenly wafts in. That fragrance is clear and cold, as if it were there and yet not there, yet it stubbornly lingers on the tip of the nose, like a thread of ungraspable Zen. Following the fragrance, I passed through the corridor, around the temple, and in the courtyard behind the Sutra Pavilion, I met that old plum tree.</p> <p class="ql-block">虬曲的枝干上覆著薄雪，卻掩不住蒼勁的線條。枝頭綴滿了蠟黃的花苞，有的已經(jīng)綻開(kāi)，露出里面淡黃的花蕊。花瓣薄如蟬翼，在寒風(fēng)中輕輕顫動(dòng)，卻倔強(qiáng)地不肯凋落。枝椏上的葉子呵護(hù)著臘梅，又不舍地落下成全著臘梅。陽(yáng)光穿過(guò)古寺的飛檐，在花瓣上投下細(xì)碎的光斑，那抹黃色便愈發(fā)溫潤(rùn)了。</p> <p class="ql-block">The thin snow on the twisted branches could not conceal the vigorous lines. The branches were adorned with wax-yellow flower buds, some of which had already bloomed, revealing the pale yellow stamens inside. The petals were as thin as cicada wings and trembled gently in the cold wind, but stubbornly refused to wither. The leaves on the branches protected the magnolia, but unwillingly fell to make way for the magnolia. The sunlight filtered through the eaves of the ancient temple and cast delicate light spots on the petals, making the yellow even more warm.</p> <p class="ql-block">寺院中的臘梅，因其獨(dú)特的生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境和深厚的文化背景，往往顯得格外莊重、典雅，浸潤(rùn)著禪意。寺院中的臘梅以淡黃色為主，花瓣如蠟質(zhì)般晶瑩剔透，色彩柔和而不艷麗。臘梅的色彩與寺院的青磚灰瓦、古木石碑兩相對(duì)照，既突出了臘梅的清新淡雅，又與寺院的古樸氛圍相得益彰。</p> <p class="ql-block">The plum blossom in the temple, due to its unique growth environment and profound cultural background, often appears particularly solemn and elegant, imbued with Zen. The plum blossom in the temple is mainly light yellow, with petals as clear as wax, soft in color but not bright. The color of the plum blossom contrasts with the green bricks and gray tiles, ancient trees, and ancient stone inscriptions in the temple, highlighting the fresh and delicate nature of the plum blossom and complementing the ancient atmosphere of the temple.</p> <p class="ql-block">每一朵臘梅都精致如雕刻，花瓣薄如蟬翼，花朵小巧玲瓏，花瓣層層疊疊，形如小碗，質(zhì)地如蠟，晶瑩剔透。臘梅的枝干虬曲有力，線條流暢，還如龍蛇般蜿蜒，展現(xiàn)出一種古樸而堅(jiān)韌的美感。臘梅的形態(tài)疏朗有致，花朵雖小卻分布均勻，枝干雖曲折卻充滿力量，整體給人一種和諧而自然的感覺(jué)。</p> <p class="ql-block">Each chrysanthemum is exquisite like a carving, with petals as thin as cicada wings, flowers small and delicate, layers of petals, shaped like a small bowl, texture like wax, crystal clear. The branches of the chrysanthemum are twisted and powerful, with smooth lines and winding like dragons and snakes, showing a kind of ancient and resilient beauty. The shape of the chrysanthemum is sparse and elegant, the flowers are small but evenly distributed, the branches are curved but full of strength, giving a sense of harmony and naturalness to the whole.</p> <p class="ql-block">臘梅的姿態(tài)優(yōu)雅而從容，枝干或斜倚、或直立，花朵或含苞、或綻放，展現(xiàn)出一種自然的韻律美。臘梅的枝干斜倚在寺院的墻角，花朵在寒風(fēng)中輕輕搖曳，仿佛在低聲誦經(jīng)。它的姿態(tài)既像一位沉思的僧人，像一位虔誠(chéng)的朝圣者，又像一位舞動(dòng)的仙子，為寺院增添了一份靈動(dòng)與生機(jī)。</p> <p class="ql-block">The plum blossom has an elegant and leisurely posture, with branches either leaning or standing upright, and flowers either in bud or in full bloom, displaying a natural rhythm of beauty. The branches of the plum blossom lean against the corner of the temple, and the flowers gently sway in the cold wind, as if reciting sutras in a low voice. Its posture is like that of a contemplative monk, a devout pilgrim, and a dancing fairy, adding a touch of liveliness and vitality to the temple.</p> <p class="ql-block">臘梅的香味清幽淡雅，不濃烈卻持久，仿佛能穿透冬日的寒冷，直抵人心。臘梅的香氣與寺院的檀香、香火氣息交織在一起，形成一種獨(dú)特的禪意氛圍，讓人感到寧?kù)o與安詳。我站在梅樹(shù)下，任幽香沁入肺腑。古鐘悠悠，梵音裊裊，臘梅在誦經(jīng)聲中靜靜綻放，將一冬的寒意都化作了禪意。</p> <p class="ql-block">The fragrance of the plum blossom is light and delicate, not strong but long-lasting, as if it can penetrate the cold of winter and reach the heart. The fragrance of the plum blossom intertwines with the sandalwood and incense smoke of the temple, forming a unique Zen atmosphere that makes people feel peaceful and serene. I stand under the plum tree, letting the fragrance seep into my lungs. The ancient bell is slow and the Buddhist chanting is faint. The plum blossom quietly blooms in the chanting, turning the chill of the winter into Zen.</p> <p class="ql-block">寺院中的臘梅，以其淡雅的色彩、清幽的香味、古樸的形態(tài)和優(yōu)雅的姿態(tài)，成為寺院中一道獨(dú)特的風(fēng)景。它不僅是一種自然景觀，更是一種精神象征，與寺院的宗教氛圍和文化底蘊(yùn)完美融合。臘梅的存在，為寺院增添了一份寧?kù)o與禪意，也讓人們?cè)谛蕾p它的同時(shí)，感受到一種超越世俗的美與智慧。</p> <p class="ql-block">The plum blossom in the temple, with its delicate color, pure fragrance, ancient form, and elegant posture, becomes a unique landscape in the temple. It is not only a natural landscape, but also a spiritual symbol, perfectly blending with the religious atmosphere and cultural heritage of the temple. We will inevitably encounter difficulties and setbacks in our lives, so we should learn from the perseverance of the plum blossom and face challenges bravely. The plum blossom does not compete with other flowers for beauty, but blooms alone in the cold winter. In the complex world, we should also have the noble character of the plum blossom, maintain the purity and nobility of our hearts, not follow the crowd, and adhere to our principles and beliefs.</p> <p class="ql-block">臘梅的花期在寒冬，為寂寥的冬季增添了一抹生機(jī)與色彩，卻從不張揚(yáng)，我們要學(xué)習(xí)臘梅的奉獻(xiàn)精神，在平凡中創(chuàng)造價(jià)值，為人世間貢獻(xiàn)力量。臘梅雖美卻不張揚(yáng)，香氣雖清幽卻不濃烈。我們要學(xué)習(xí)臘梅低調(diào)謙遜的品格，在取得成就時(shí)，保持謙遜，不炫耀、不浮躁，以平和的心態(tài)面對(duì)榮譽(yù)與贊美。</p> <p class="ql-block">The plum blossom blooms in the cold winter, adding a touch of vitality and color to the lonely winter, but it never shows off. We should learn from the dedication of the plum blossom, create value in the ordinary, and contribute to the world. Although the plum blossom is beautiful, it is not showy; although its fragrance is delicate, it is not strong. We should learn from the low-key and modest character of the plum blossom. When achieving success, we should remain modest, not show off, and not be impatient. We should face honor and praise with a calm mind.</p> <p class="ql-block">臘梅在寒冬中綻放，真誠(chéng)地向人們傳遞希望與溫暖。我們要學(xué)習(xí)臘梅樂(lè)觀向上的精神，無(wú)論身處何種境遇，都要保持積極的心態(tài)，相信寒冬終將過(guò)去，春天一定會(huì)到來(lái)。臘梅不依賴(lài)春天的溫暖，獨(dú)自在寒冬中生長(zhǎng)、開(kāi)花，我們也要學(xué)習(xí)臘梅獨(dú)立自強(qiáng)的品質(zhì)，培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立自主的能力，不依賴(lài)他人。</p> <p class="ql-block">The plum blossom blooms in the cold winter, sincerely conveying hope and warmth to people. We should learn from the optimistic spirit of the plum blossom, no matter what situation we are in, we should maintain a positive attitude, believe that the winter will eventually pass and spring will come. The plum blossom does not rely on the warmth of spring, but grows and blooms alone in the cold winter. Just as the plum blossom blooms in the cold winter, we can also bloom our own brilliance in the challenges of adversity.</p> <p class="ql-block">大雄寶殿的黃墻，莊嚴(yán)肅穆。陽(yáng)光灑落在墻面上，像鍍上了一層溫暖的金輝，也仿佛映照著佛法無(wú)邊的智慧與慈悲。黃墻高聳，與殿頂?shù)娘w檐翹角相映成趣，顯得格外宏偉。墻下，香爐中青煙裊裊，信眾虔誠(chéng)禮拜，黃墻仿佛成了凡塵與凈土嚴(yán)肅的邊界，靜謐中透著神圣，令人心生敬畏。</p> <p class="ql-block">The yellow walls of the main hall are solemn and dignified. The sunlight falls on the wall, as if it has been gilded with a warm golden light, and it also seems to reflect the boundless wisdom and compassion of Buddhism. The yellow walls are high, and the flying eaves on the top of the hall add to their grandeur. Under the walls, the incense smoke rises gently in the censer, and the faithful worship devoutly. The yellow walls seem to be the solemn boundary between the mundane world and the pure land, with a sense of sanctity and reverence in the tranquility.</p> <p class="ql-block">雙手合十，掌心相對(duì)，指尖輕觸心口，仿佛將紛擾的塵世隔絕在外，只留下一片寧?kù)o的內(nèi)心。真正的智慧與安寧，不在外求，而在心內(nèi)。合十之間，萬(wàn)緣放下，回歸本心，尋找那份與生俱來(lái)的清凈與覺(jué)悟。正如佛法所言：“心外無(wú)物，心內(nèi)無(wú)塵。”向內(nèi)求，方能見(jiàn)自性光明。</p> <p class="ql-block">Holding hands together, palms facing each other, fingertips lightly touching the heart, as if isolating the chaotic world outside, leaving only a peaceful inner world. True wisdom and tranquility are not sought externally, but within the heart. Between the hands, all worldly attachments are released, returning to the original heart, seeking that innate purity and enlightenment. As Buddhism says, "There is nothing outside the mind, and there is no dust within the mind." Seeking inwardly can reveal one's true nature.</p> <p class="ql-block">惜福是讓我們學(xué)會(huì)知足常樂(lè)，滿足于當(dāng)下所擁有的；惜福是讓我們要有感恩之心，去體會(huì)生活的美好與溫暖；惜福是讓我們學(xué)會(huì)內(nèi)心安寧、勤儉節(jié)約和積累福報(bào)。惜福是一種生活態(tài)度，更是一種智慧，它教會(huì)我們?cè)诜比A世界中保持清醒，在平凡生活中發(fā)現(xiàn)珍貴，在有限的生命里鏈接無(wú)限的價(jià)值。</p> <p class="ql-block">Cherishing blessings is to let us learn to be content and happy, satisfied with what we have in the present; cherishing blessings is to let us have a grateful heart and appreciate the beauty and warmth of life; cherishing blessings is to let we learn to be at peace, thrifty and frugal, and accumulate blessings. Cherishing blessings is a kind of attitude towards life, but also a kind of wisdom. It teaches us to stay clear-headed in the bustling world, to find precious things in the ordinary life, and to link infinite value in the limited life.</p> <p class="ql-block">斜陽(yáng)和臘梅樹(shù)影，懶懶地倚著寺院的黃墻，仿佛一幅淡雅的水墨畫(huà)。只見(jiàn)樹(shù)影婆娑，在墻面上投下細(xì)碎的光影，映襯著古樸的磚墻，透出幾分禪意與孤寂。風(fēng)起時(shí)，影子便活了起來(lái)，仿佛千百只蝴蝶在黃墻上翩躚。臘梅的幽香若有若無(wú)地飄散，與頌經(jīng)聲交織，仿佛在訴說(shuō)著歲月的靜默與時(shí)光的流轉(zhuǎn)。</p> <p class="ql-block">The slanting rays of the setting sun and the shadows of the plum blossoms lazily lean against the yellow walls of the temple, like a delicate ink painting. The tree shadows sway, casting fine light and shadow on the wall, contrasting with the ancient brick walls, revealing a sense of Zen and loneliness. When the wind blows, the shadows come to life, as if hundreds of butterflies flutter on the yellow wall. The faint fragrance of the plum blossoms wafts, intertwining with the chanting of sutras, as if telling the silent passage of time and the flow of time.</p> <p class="ql-block">墻根下，幾莖枯草在風(fēng)中搖曳，它們的影子被拉得老長(zhǎng)，在墻面上勾勒出纖細(xì)的線條。幾片枯葉旋轉(zhuǎn)著落下，又被風(fēng)兒吹走。幾只麻雀落在墻頭，嘰喳著不知在說(shuō)些什么，忽而又振翅飛走了，它們?cè)趬γ嫔狭粝铝艘坏擂D(zhuǎn)瞬即逝的掠影。我就如此靜靜的、端端的坐著，任思緒飛揚(yáng)，任喜悅溢滿心間。</p> <p class="ql-block">Under the wall, a few stalks of withered grass swayed in the wind, their shadows stretched out long, outlining delicate lines on the wall. A few withered leaves spun down and were blown away by the wind. A few sparrows landed on the wall, chirping and saying something, then flew away with a flutter of their wings, leaving a fleeting shadow on the wall. I sat quietly and calmly, letting my thoughts fly and letting joy fill my heart.</p> <p class="ql-block">遠(yuǎn)處傳來(lái)鐘聲，悠長(zhǎng)而緩慢。黃墻上的光影隨之輕輕晃動(dòng)，仿佛被鐘聲驚擾了一般。一片云飄過(guò)，陽(yáng)光忽明忽暗，墻上的樹(shù)影便也跟著明明滅滅，恍若一場(chǎng)無(wú)聲的皮影戲。風(fēng)住了，黃墻重歸寂靜，只有那些斑駁依舊，像極了歲月刻下的年輪。我的內(nèi)心變得寧?kù)o又喜悅，沉醉于一種無(wú)以表達(dá)的意境中。</p> <p class="ql-block">The sound of the bell came from afar, long and slow. The light and shadow on the yellow wall swayed gently, as if disturbed by the sound of the bell. A cloud passed by, and the sunlight suddenly brightened and dimmed, causing the tree shadow on the wall to flicker on and off, like a silent shadow play. When the wind stopped, the yellow wall returned to silence, only those mottled patches remained, just like the rings carved by the years. My heart became peaceful and joyful, lost in an indescribable mood.</p> <p class="ql-block">寺院賞梅、悟梅、祈福，是一種融合了自然之美、佛法智慧與心靈修行的體驗(yàn)之旅。它讓我們?cè)谛鷩痰膲m世中發(fā)現(xiàn)一片凈土，在自然之美中理解禪意，在梅花的品格中體悟生命，在祈福的儀式中修持善念。啟示我們?cè)谏钊粘Ｖ斜３钟X(jué)知，既懂得珍惜當(dāng)下，享受美好，又不忘修心養(yǎng)性，持續(xù)精進(jìn)，步入更高層次的精神境界。</p> <p class="ql-block">Watching plum blossoms in the temple, understanding plum blossoms, praying for blessings, is an experience tour that integrates the beauty of nature, Buddhist wisdom, and spiritual practice.
