color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 引導(dǎo)教師向光行。</b></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 11月30日和12月1日，商丘市中小學(xué)教師體育教育培訓(xùn)專業(yè)課程語文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語和體音美課程分別進(jìn)行。我參加了小學(xué)語文教師的專業(yè)課培訓(xùn)。在為期兩天的培訓(xùn)里，四位老師就自己的教學(xué)心得和研究成果與大家進(jìn)行了分享。這些老師的講座，深入淺出，通俗易通，結(jié)合實際，實用性強(qiáng)，讓老師們聽得懂，學(xué)得來，用得上，讓老師們受感染，受啟發(fā)，受教益。學(xué)以致用，老師們將這些理念、方法運用于課堂，必將使課堂教學(xué)有效、實效、長效、高效。教育本身是美的，課堂教學(xué)也應(yīng)產(chǎn)生一種美感，讓師生共同看到美，聽到美，感知美，感知語文的美麗與魅力。她們的研究成果具有著光的特質(zhì)，她們的講座充滿著光的色彩，她們無私的與大家分享自己的研究心得成果，她們本身就是一道光，光彩照人，光芒萬丈，照耀之處，豁然開朗。所以，作為新時代的教師，一定要博采眾長，集思廣益，豐富自己，充實自己，提高自己，超越自己，為美而生，向光而行，就是我們的責(zé)任，我們的價值，我們的目標(biāo)，我們的使命。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;
