<b>第一次看到這個(gè)叫外皮經(jīng)過烤制的khurjin烤包袱，形狀有點(diǎn)像廣州的超大號(hào)云吞，里面都是帶著湯汁的肉，非常好吃，就是有點(diǎn)大，一個(gè)已經(jīng)讓人吃撐了。</b> <b>因其高山和草原的獨(dú)特地理環(huán)境，亞美尼亞人對(duì)牛羊肉情有獨(dú)鐘。他們的烹調(diào)手法以煎烤為主，這種獨(dú)特的烹飪方式，不僅最大程度地保留了肉的鮮味，更賦予了其獨(dú)特的口感。</b> <b>飯后甜點(diǎn)“Gavar”的蛋糕，類似于拿破侖酥，也是非常美味。</b> <b>對(duì)于喜愛肉食的朋友而言，埃里溫?zé)o疑是一個(gè)天堂。</b> <b>晚餐過后，氣溫漸趨宜人，不再似白日般酷熱，涼風(fēng)輕撫，此刻是步行瀏覽這座城市的絕佳時(shí)刻。</b> <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> 埃里溫 | 世界上最古老的首都</font></b></h1> <b>亞美尼亞是一個(gè)特殊的國度，曾被摧殘，被滅國，再重生，夾縫中生存的自由國。因?yàn)榻?jīng)歷的太多，所以整個(gè)色調(diào)復(fù)古優(yōu)雅中又略帶一絲窘迫的憂傷。</b> <b>傳說，上帝在創(chuàng)造萬物時(shí)，賜給每個(gè)地方的人們一個(gè)禮物，給著給著，竟然忘掉了亞美尼亞人，等到想起來，所有的禮物都送光了，只剩下石頭。所以在亞美尼亞境內(nèi)觸目皆是巖石，而她的子民也總是稱國土為“祖國的石頭”。而亞美尼亞人也正是靠著這些“祖國的石頭”，完成了一棟棟雄偉漂亮的建筑。</b> <b>埃里溫是亞美尼亞的首都，一座建在山坡上的城市，位于亞美尼亞西南部的拉茲丹河的河畔，城市南北與阿拉拉特山和阿拉加茲山對(duì)峙。</b> <b>埃里溫，意為“埃里部落之國”，舊譯“耶烈萬”，是一個(gè)歷史悠久的文化古都，早在公元前8世紀(jì)就已存在，就號(hào)稱是“世界上最古老的首都”。</b> <b>如今圣山下的繁榮古城，卻有著別樣的新意。亞美尼亞傾全國之力打造埃里溫的活力四射，走在這里仿佛每個(gè)細(xì)胞都會(huì)活躍躁動(dòng)起來。</b> <b>在首都埃里溫市，市中心的建筑大多是飽和度比較低的香芋紫，火烈鳥粉或者橙黃，讓整個(gè)首都看起來像一朵粉紅玫瑰那么和諧悅目，因此埃里溫也被譽(yù)為“粉紅之城”。</b> <b>被粉色石頭包裹的古城，充滿了老派的懷舊情懷，又滲透了濃郁的文藝色調(diào)，溫情又優(yōu)雅，低沉又靜謐，內(nèi)斂又秀美，氣質(zhì)宛如一位溫文爾雅的紳士。 </b> <b>夜幕降臨，埃里溫展現(xiàn)出其最為迷人的時(shí)分，城市霓虹亮起，變成暖橙色的海洋，讓人不由自主地想起菲茨杰拉德的小說《Tender is the night》，夜色溫柔，人也溫柔。</b> <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> 共和廣場(chǎng)，埃里溫的心臟</font></b></h1> <b>我們下榻的酒店離埃里溫的核心區(qū)域——共和國廣場(chǎng)很近，但是因?yàn)槲覀儎偤糜龅絹喢滥醽喆笸罋⒓o(jì)念日是4月24日，所以廣場(chǎng)聚集了很多為紀(jì)念日而游行、表演和演講的人群，中心廣場(chǎng)的音樂噴泉也沒開。</b> <b>共和廣場(chǎng)是埃里溫市中心最大最古老的廣場(chǎng)，也是亞美尼亞國家核心建筑密集區(qū)，國家歷史博物館、國家銀行、財(cái)政部、外交部、國家郵局、國家畫廊、文學(xué)藝術(shù)博物館、音樂廳、萬豪酒店等政府、藝術(shù)、外交等機(jī)構(gòu)都在這里，亞美尼亞國慶閱兵也是在這里舉行。</b> <b>廣場(chǎng)的建筑很有特色，采用的是當(dāng)?shù)靥赜械纳皫r石，色調(diào)以粉色為主。尤其是郵政局上面的大鐘，整點(diǎn)敲響，穿透迷離的夜色，使埃里溫的夜更溫暖、更柔和，更夢(mèng)幻.</b> <b>在五彩燈光的投射下泛出絢爛的光彩的廣場(chǎng)，似乎已經(jīng)成了無數(shù)當(dāng)?shù)厝嗽谶@里娛樂、休閑、放松的場(chǎng)所。</b> <b>廣場(chǎng)上有玩單車或滑板車的年輕人，有恩恩愛愛的戀人或夫妻，有撒歡的孩子，有發(fā)呆的男女老少，有閑逛的游客……</b> <b>在共和國廣場(chǎng)的南邊是一個(gè)步行街，亞美尼亞最好的商場(chǎng)和品牌都匯聚于此。附近有很多旅游集散中心，聚集了很多包車、拼車等旅游服務(wù)，距離周末的跳騷市場(chǎng)也很近。</b> <b>街上吃喝玩樂樣樣齊全，我看了一下時(shí)間，已經(jīng)是亞美利亞時(shí)間晚上10點(diǎn)的光景，但是街上不僅大人多，孩子也很多，如果在中國，這個(gè)鐘點(diǎn)，中國孩子們不是在趕作業(yè)的路上，就是在睡覺的床上，總之，無論什么年齡段的中國孩子們，晚上10點(diǎn)后應(yīng)該是沒有在大街上玩樂撒野權(quán)利的。</b> <b>街邊的藝術(shù)家似乎并沒有被喧囂影響創(chuàng)作情緒。</b> <b>本來想一直走到著名的Cascade階梯，埃里溫的潮流之地，但是夜色已深，還是把邂逅留到明天吧。</b> <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> Cascade階梯，埃里溫的潮流之地</font></b></h1> <b> Cascade階梯是依山而建的一個(gè)巨大的階梯建筑，埃里溫的地標(biāo)，整個(gè)城市的制高點(diǎn)，是當(dāng)?shù)刈畎舻拇笮陀^景臺(tái)，而且也是展示當(dāng)代藝術(shù)的藝術(shù)館。</b> <b>Cascade階梯也叫社會(huì)主義大階梯，設(shè)計(jì)于1971年，埃里溫大階梯設(shè)計(jì)于1971年，歷經(jīng)停工、拆除、重建等一系列波折，最終于2009年正式投入使用。</b> <b>長500米、寬50米、共675臺(tái)階，其外部是人行階梯，內(nèi)部是電扶梯的大臺(tái)階整體呈南北走向，位于市中心的中軸線上，宛如一長條嵌在山坡上的城市廣場(chǎng).</b> <b>Cascade階梯不僅僅是一片城市的景觀，一條步行的通道，它還是一座充滿藝術(shù)氣息的建筑綜合體。</b> <b>埃里溫大階梯分為三種不同尺度的梯段：步行攀登用的臺(tái)階、綠化種植的樹池、山腰上的平臺(tái)廣場(chǎng)。</b> <b>采用這樣的設(shè)計(jì)手法，很好地“藏”住了下方的建筑空間——卡菲斯揚(yáng)美術(shù)館（Cafesjian Museum of Art），使得大臺(tái)階整體上與山坡和城市肌理融為一體. 不喜歡爬樓的朋友其實(shí)可以從菲斯揚(yáng)美術(shù)館乘扶手電梯登頂，可惜我們參觀大臺(tái)階那天，菲斯揚(yáng)美術(shù)館閉館了。</b> <b>所以Cascade階梯的廣場(chǎng)上除了極具藝術(shù)美感的雕塑和噴泉，階梯的內(nèi)部的Cafesjian藝術(shù)中心，使埃里溫大臺(tái)階成為一座充滿藝術(shù)氛圍的美術(shù)館，同時(shí)也呈現(xiàn)了亞美尼亞人對(duì)藝術(shù)的熱愛。</b> <b>當(dāng)初建造cascade階梯是為了凸顯社會(huì)主義的偉大，最終卻因?yàn)樘K聯(lián)的解體而資金中斷，現(xiàn)在的上部建筑是由一位美國籍亞美尼亞商人捐資，繼續(xù)修建。</b> <b>階梯廣場(chǎng)是埃里溫的潮流之地，階梯的前廣場(chǎng)，擺滿了形態(tài)各異，自世界各地藝術(shù)家贈(zèng)送的雕塑作品，仿若一座巨大的露天美術(shù)館。</b> <b>站在 Cascade階梯入口處的那一尊高大的人物雕像，是現(xiàn)代埃里溫城市建設(shè)的總規(guī)劃師塔曼尼揚(yáng)。他在年輕時(shí)去圣彼得堡學(xué)習(xí)，回到家鄉(xiāng)重新規(guī)劃這座古城使得埃里溫逐漸向現(xiàn)代都市轉(zhuǎn)變。</b> <b>廣場(chǎng)的長椅上坐滿了本地人以及游客，周邊都是餐廳酒吧。</b> <b>兩旁的長椅上頭戴禮帽的老爺爺安靜的讀書，年輕的父母帶著孩子嬉笑追逐，也有很多時(shí)尚的男孩女孩們，在這里聊天聚會(huì)感受著城市文化的新潮流。</b> <b>成群的鴿子停在雕像上方的電線上發(fā)呆，似乎也感染了每一個(gè)來到這里的人們自然而然地放慢了腳步。</b> <b>從底層仰望，錯(cuò)落有致的階梯十分壯觀，長長的臺(tái)階間，還布置有空中花園，清泉噴涌流淌形成的小瀑布，點(diǎn)綴著各種富有想象力的雕塑，讓人仿佛置身于空中的巴比倫花園，處處展示古典建筑之美。 </b> <b>從底層走到頂層是一次視覺藝術(shù)的盛宴。在欣賞藝術(shù)的同時(shí)，還能俯瞰埃里溫市區(qū)風(fēng)光，遠(yuǎn)眺亞拉臘山。</b> <b>本來想走到最頂部的亞美尼亞蘇維埃50周年紀(jì)念碑，但是由于紀(jì)念碑周圍變成一個(gè)廢棄的工地，估計(jì)是因資金問題導(dǎo)致的爛尾了，所以我們只好望碑止步，就在第五層一邊吹著風(fēng)一邊俯視亞美利亞首都</b> <b>第五層平臺(tái)應(yīng)該是城市里的制高點(diǎn)了，從高處欣賞，美麗的埃里溫城景徐徐展現(xiàn)：托馬尼揚(yáng)廣場(chǎng)、大劇院、亞美尼亞的街道、民房……</b> <b>整個(gè)市區(qū)沒有什么很高的建筑，那些看起來造價(jià)不菲的摩天大樓在這里基本絕跡，市民也沒有將房屋染成五顏六色，所以，遠(yuǎn)觀埃里溫，它并不洋氣。</b> <b>但建筑中東歐與蘇聯(lián)風(fēng)格的交錯(cuò)結(jié)合，建筑材料中偏淡黃色的磚石、紅棕色的赭石以及黑色的褐石相互疊加，居然讓整個(gè)城市營造出一種“社會(huì)主義有點(diǎn)潮”的時(shí)尚感。</b> <b>同時(shí)，建筑外墻采用石頭原有的色彩組合，無形中為房屋增添了一絲“斑駁”的歷史感，看起來“陳舊、破敗”的色調(diào)讓這個(gè)建筑立馬變得厚重起來。而那些原本略顯冷峻、以彰顯權(quán)力為目的的建筑，因?yàn)槭^的色彩而實(shí)現(xiàn)了“人性的回歸”，變得更加生活化，更加有人情味。</b> <b>如果天氣晴朗時(shí)，被亞美尼亞人奉為神山的，巍峨的亞拉臘山就會(huì)顯現(xiàn)在城市的遠(yuǎn)方。可惜那天云層比較厚，亞拉臘山有點(diǎn)模糊，不然有這座像富士山的雪峰做背景，大階梯會(huì)更壯美。</b> <b>如果天氣好，時(shí)間又充裕，你還可以等待一場(chǎng)埃里溫城市唯美的日落。</b> <b>正在沉浸于美景，突然有一位美女用很流利的中文問我們要不要幫我們拍照，其實(shí)這幾天在亞美利亞我也是很能感受這里的人的熱情，而且似乎很多人還會(huì)一點(diǎn)中文。<br> 后來聽到有說：原來絕大多數(shù)亞美尼亞人，在遇到外國游客時(shí)，都竭力展現(xiàn)他們國家最優(yōu)秀的一面。他們對(duì)待游客的態(tài)度，不是試圖去套路、賺取利益，而是把他們當(dāng)作傾聽者，盡力向游客解釋他們的問題與困惑，并提供可能的幫助。這個(gè)國家渴望得到國際社會(huì)的關(guān)注，表現(xiàn)在個(gè)體身上，便是當(dāng)?shù)厝俗院烙制胶偷慕榻B這個(gè)陌生的國度，希望過往的游客能夠認(rèn)同他們的祖國。</b><br> <b>弱國小國的辛酸，也許中國人最能共情，所以世界大同的美好局面早日出現(xiàn)在地球的任何一個(gè)角落。<br>有故事的地方本身就是風(fēng)景，亞美利亞國土面積不大，但是在首都之外的幾十公里的校外，古跡眾多。這些遺跡仿佛是時(shí)間的見證者，默默地傳遞著歷史的記憶，讓人們?cè)跉q月的長河中，不斷領(lǐng)略這個(gè)多災(zāi)多難的國家古的魅力與滄桑。</b><br>
