<p class="ql-block">2024年來到了，四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院皮膚科冉玉平教授團(tuán)隊(duì)以真菌為主題來做了龍年臺(tái)歷，供大家分享。</p><p class="ql-block">The 2024 has arrived, Prof. Ran Yuping’s team from the Depart. of Dermatology at West China Hospital of Sichuan University has created a Dragon Year calendar with fungi as the theme for everyone sharing.</p> <p class="ql-block">所顯示龍的圖案不是一般的龍，這是我們團(tuán)隊(duì)原創(chuàng)的真菌龍！由6種念珠菌在柯碼嘉顯色培養(yǎng)基上30度72小時(shí)長出來的龍！ </p><p class="ql-block">The displayed dragon Picture is not an ordinary dragon, it is our team's original fungal dragon! This is a dragon grown by 6 species of Candida spp. on CHROMagar medium at 30 ° C for 72 hours!</p> <p class="ql-block">綠色代表白念珠菌，粉色代表克柔念珠菌，淡紫色代表光滑念珠菌，白色代表耳念珠菌，黃色代表近平滑念珠菌，鐵藍(lán)色代表熱帶念珠菌！</p><p class="ql-block">Green: Candida albians; Pink: Candida krusei; Lavender: Candida glabrata; White: Candida auris; Yellow: Candida parapsilosis; Blue: Candida tropicalis</p> <p class="ql-block">一月的圖是從皮膚潰瘍分離出來的節(jié)菱孢霉，從小培養(yǎng)看起來有很多圓球形，經(jīng)偽色處理后像一堆金幣，預(yù)示龍年恭喜發(fā)財(cái)。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">The image for January is Arthrinium spp. isolated from skin ulcers. It appears many spherical shapes when slide-cultured, after pseudo-color processing, it looks like a pile of gold coins, indicating congratulations on getting rich in the Dragon Year.</p> <p class="ql-block">二月顯示從皮損中分離的出芽短梗霉菌落，在皮膚鏡下拍攝的。看起來菌落表面有致密的生物膜覆蓋，有白色邊緣，很像元宵節(jié)吃的黑芝麻湯圓。團(tuán)團(tuán)圓圓，萬事順利！</p> <p class="ql-block">In February, the Aureobasidium pullulans colonies isolated from skin lesions were photographed under dermoscopy. The colonies surface covered with dense biofilm, with white edges, much like the black sesame rice dumpling eaten on the Yuanxiao Lantern Festival. Unity and happiness，everything goes smoothly!</p> <p class="ql-block">三月的臺(tái)歷是頭發(fā)被真菌（犬小孢子菌）感染以后的圖像看起來像一堆苔蘚在侵蝕在樹干，把樹干都逐漸破壞的圖像，說明真菌對頭發(fā)的破壞力非常厲害。</p> <p class="ql-block">The March calendar shows hair infected with a fungus called Microsporium canis, and the image after infection looks like a pile of moss. The mycelium (green), microconidia and macroconidia (red) observed under scanning electron microscopy looked very beautiful after being treated with pseudocolor.</p> <p class="ql-block">4月11-14日，由中國麻風(fēng)防治協(xié)會(huì)主辦的全國皮膚病防治學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)將在成都召開。</p><p class="ql-block">The National Academic Annual Conference on Skin Disease Prevention and Control, organized by the China Leprosy Prevention and Control Association, will be held in Chengdu from April 11th to 14th.</p> <p class="ql-block">五月繁花盛開，此圖是盔形畢赤酵母菌在玫瑰紅鈉培養(yǎng)基生長的菌落，在皮膚鏡下拍攝非常漂亮。</p><p class="ql-block">In May, the flowers are in full bloom. This picture shows the colony of Pichia manshurica growing on rose red sodium medium, which is very beautiful when photographed under a dermoscopy.</p> <p class="ql-block">5月9-11日在上海召開亞洲皮膚病大會(huì)。5月17-19日中國人口文化促進(jìn)會(huì)皮膚性病防治年會(huì)在上海召開。5月24-26日川渝皮膚年會(huì)及四川省皮膚年會(huì)在成都召開。</p><p class="ql-block">The Asian Dermatology Conference will be held in Shanghai from May 9-11th. May 17-19th the annual meeting of the China Population and Culture Promotion Association on the prevention and treatment of skin and sexually transmitted diseases will be held in Shanghai. The Sichuan-Chongqing Annual Conference of Dermatology and Sichuan Dermatology Annual Conference will be held in Chengdu from May 24th to 26th.</p> <p class="ql-block">六月，鮮花盛開，彩蝶紛飛，圖像命名為“蝶戀花”，是單瓶著色霉小培養(yǎng)看到的結(jié)構(gòu)，還有鏈狀分生孢子。添上“蝴蝶”的翅膀更加漂亮。</p><p class="ql-block">In June, flowers bloom and colorful butterflies fly in abundance. August 23-25 is the Hair Conference of the Chinese Society of Dermatology held in Yanji.</p> <p class="ql-block">九月圖像是茄病鐮刀菌小培養(yǎng)下見到的小分生孢子（棕色）環(huán)繞著菌絲（翠綠色），看起來像手握著翠色綠玉石-執(zhí)玉。</p><p class="ql-block">The September image shows microconidia (brown yellow) surrounded by hyphae (emerald green) seen in slide-culture of Fusarium solani, resembling hands holding emerald green jade.</p> <p class="ql-block">9 月6-11日是在成都召開毛發(fā)與毀容性皮膚病繼教項(xiàng)目，由四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院皮膚科主辦。12-15日在巴塞羅那的國際毛發(fā)大會(huì)，20-22日中華預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)皮膚性病學(xué)年會(huì)在鄭州召開。25-28日是歐洲皮膚病年會(huì)（EADV）在阿姆斯特丹召開。</p><p class="ql-block">On Sept. 6th to 11th, a continue education project on hair and disfiguring skin diseases will be held in Chengdu, sponsored by the Department of Dermatology at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. The International Hair Conference will be held in Barcelona from Sept. 12th to 15th, and the Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Preventive Medicine on Dermatology and Sexuality will be held in Zhengzhou from 20th to 22nd.
