<span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000"> 今日天色陰沉，烏云低垂。尊敬的老領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，長治市委原政法委書記李東峰要舉行遺體告別儀式。我在《長治日報(bào)》上得知李東峰書記逝世的消息后，去殯儀館在其遺像前點(diǎn)燃三柱香，鞠了三個(gè)躬，也將自己的一瓣心香獻(xiàn)給老領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。</font></span> <font size="5"> 多年往事，浮現(xiàn)心頭，歷歷在目。</font><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"> </font></font><div><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"> <font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">2006</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">年前，李東峰在屯留任縣委書記。我多年在市委政法委工作，作為綜治綜合科長，檢查縣里的綜治工作，縣委主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都要出面接接待。因我不知天高地厚，憑一己熱情在工作中“批評”縣里領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，他也耳有所聞，對我稍有印象。吃飯時(shí)和我碰杯，說，“我們的工作不足，你要專門告訴我?！?lt;/span></font></font></font><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"> </font></div><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">2006</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">年之后，他擔(dān)任了市委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部長，我時(shí)任民進(jìn)長治市委副主委，和統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部又在一個(gè)樓內(nèi)辦公。他算是對我多了一層印象。<span lang="EN-US">2007</span>年，在一次民主黨派參加的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)會(huì)議上，當(dāng)時(shí)市委書記在會(huì)上說要選拔黨外副處級干部，進(jìn)行考試。李東峰部長在散會(huì)時(shí)邊和我握手邊說，“高明，你準(zhǔn)備一下，我知道你有能力考試成功?！蔽乙脖挚荚囘_(dá)人的傳統(tǒng)，在繁忙的工作之余，積極學(xué)習(xí)黨政干部選拔任用條例大綱里的內(nèi)容。但后來此提議無疾而終。李部長見了我說：“干部啟動(dòng)不是統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)部說了算，你客觀對待?！蔽艺f：“我知道，學(xué)習(xí)我自己說了算，當(dāng)官我說了不算?！?lt;/span></font></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">2008</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">年，他擔(dān)任了市委秘書長，在市委四樓辦公，有時(shí)市委政法委綜治辦的文件需要他簽署，我找到他，他有時(shí)披著衣服，一根接一根的抽煙，用左手在文件上大大的簽上自己的名字。有時(shí)不經(jīng)意的問一兩句：“高明，你是平順的吧？”我趕快主動(dòng)介紹：“我是北耽車村的。我知道你是武鄉(xiāng)三交溝村的大人物?！彼f“我算個(gè)甚？你對地名感興趣，這個(gè)愛好不錯(cuò)?！?lt;span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></font></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><font color="#000000"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">2014</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">年，他以市委秘書長的身份兼任了市委政法委書記。</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">宣布任職大會(huì)上，他說：“大家都要繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)以往工作中的好作風(fēng)。我不批評人，但誰干誰不干，誰干的好，誰應(yīng)付懈怠，我心里清清楚楚，我都記在心里。提拔評選時(shí)，我肯定要以此衡量。我生活中不講究，但你們絕對騙不了我?！?lt;/span></font></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 72pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;"><font color="#000000">他曾經(jīng)和我<span lang="EN-US">: </span>“我在縣里當(dāng)書記時(shí)，你就工作熱情高，還批評過縣委書記，不過沒有批評過我?！蔽议_玩笑地說<span lang="EN-US">:</span>“估計(jì)你以后要來市里當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，我以后可能要成為你的部下，所以不敢批評啊?！?lt;/font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000">當(dāng)時(shí)政法委沒有綜治辦主任和其他副書記，只有常務(wù)副書記一人，工作頭緒多，涉及面廣。他對我說：“高明，你干了多年綜治工作，上級怎么要求，我們該怎么干，你比我清楚，你給我匯報(bào)一下就行。我年紀(jì)大了，千頭萬緒的工作，我也忙不過來。但是要保證保持長治在全省的領(lǐng)先地位?！?lt;/font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000">有時(shí)我晚上加班到<span lang="EN-US">11</span>點(diǎn)，去四樓，他還在辦公，陪伴著書記工作。</font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000">在下鄉(xiāng)檢查綜治工作時(shí)，他不批評人，有時(shí)看出工作的不足，只是不高興的說幾句，這就不行。回過頭來對我說：“高明，你是綜治專家，你說行就行。”</font></span></p> <div><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3"></font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;"><font color="#000000">在一次常委會(huì)議上，他特意讓我這個(gè)科級干部列席旁聽市委常委會(huì)，研究平安創(chuàng)建工作。于是我享受了有生以來的唯一一次在常委會(huì)五樓常委會(huì)議室列席常委會(huì)議的榮耀。</font></span></span></p></span></font></font></div><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3">
</font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 72pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;"><font color="#000000">在市級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中，李屬于不修邊幅的。尤其在穿衣的搭配和領(lǐng)帶的使用方面，混同于普通人。但工作中他卻講究細(xì)節(jié)。他兼秘書長，在四樓靠近市委書記辦公室的地方辦公，我經(jīng)常直接去找他匯報(bào)工作，簽署文件、電報(bào)等，每次見他。因市委馬天榮書記工作的繁忙和不規(guī)律，他常常面帶倦容。不能按時(shí)下班就餐、休息。他幾次囑咐我們，在一些請示市委書記的報(bào)告上一定要寫上“尊敬的馬書記”等字樣，以求得市委書記對政法綜治工作的支持。</font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3">
</font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 72pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;"><font color="#000000">在我全力組織開展平安命名電視電話籌備工作中，為了擴(kuò)大影響，營造平安建設(shè)的氛圍，他協(xié)調(diào)七名市級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)（包括軍分區(qū)政治部主任）參加，彌補(bǔ)了好幾年不專門召開綜治表彰大會(huì)的短板。</font></span></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3">
</font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 72pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">一次，在平順下鄉(xiāng)時(shí)，有縣委書記、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、公安局局長、司法局長、政法委書記等在場的時(shí)，他閑談中說，“政法委人不多，但絕大部分的人都有親屬是處級以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。高明父母在平順農(nóng)村，不容易。年近</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt; mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri;">五十歲</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">，但工作熱情和激情很高，這都是難能可貴的。”我接話說，“我如果不踏實(shí)拼命苦干，恐怕早就無立足之地了?！边@是實(shí)話，也是事實(shí)。我也為李東峰書記的理解和肯定而感動(dòng)。</span></font></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3">
</font><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 64pt; mso-char-indent-count: 4.0;"><font color="#000000"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">他不止一次說，政法委好幾年沒有提拔干部，積壓了幾個(gè)科長，高明年齡大了，等市委啟動(dòng)干部程序時(shí)要先推薦。<span lang="EN-US">2016</span>年</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">在推薦我擔(dān)任副處擔(dān)任副處級干部時(shí)，李書記多次和兩任市委書記說我的情況，以致書記和我未對上號時(shí)，準(zhǔn)備安排干部的舉薦會(huì)上，重復(fù)點(diǎn)我名字。在有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)將我擬任市法檢副職調(diào)整為審委會(huì)專委，李書記聽說后征詢我的意見，我</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">自我解嘲說<span lang="EN-US">:”</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">我沒有資格討價(jià)還價(jià)。</span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 42.0pt;">我只知道干好共產(chǎn)黨安排的工作<span lang="EN-US">,</span>我不是長袖善舞之人?！彼f<span lang="EN-US">:“</span>你好說話。<span lang="EN-US">”</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 18pt;">這也看出李書記對我的關(guān)心和關(guān)切。</span></font></p><font color="#000000" face="宋體" size="3">
