劉老師來為大家分享一些在做直播培訓(xùn)時總結(jié)的教育經(jīng)典語，希望我們細(xì)細(xì)品，慢慢做?? ，在教育的孩子的道路上修好自己，影響孩子?? </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1、對孩子的愛無條件，有原則。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">2、對于缺乏自信和成就感的孩子，老師的引導(dǎo)與工作的結(jié)果就是孩子逐步邁向自信與成背后的安全感。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">3、有溫度的人，遇上有溫度的教育，成就有溫度的生命。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">4、你可以給孩子建議，但不能替他決定。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">5、孩子需要成人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，更需要自己去體驗(yàn)，允許孩子自我探索與創(chuàng)新。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">6、允許孩子重復(fù)工作，重復(fù)工作的興趣是追求精準(zhǔn)。因?yàn)楣ぷ鳑]有達(dá)到精準(zhǔn)的目的，孩子便不斷的重復(fù)，直到自己滿意為止。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">7、孩子簡單重復(fù)一件工作，是因?yàn)樗硎苁煜すぷ鲙淼某删透?。?dāng)孩子缺乏對自己能力的認(rèn)知時，會缺乏挑戰(zhàn)。因此老師要想辦法讓孩子認(rèn)識自己，感受能力，當(dāng)孩子覺得我行，我能做很多，便想做更多。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">8、不要總是替代孩子，因?yàn)槌砷L是孩子自己的事情，成長是生命的使命，要從活動中，學(xué)習(xí)中，體驗(yàn)中完成。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">蒙特梭利教育的科學(xué)之處就在于通過工作實(shí)現(xiàn)自我成長。因此想讓孩子成長就要讓她去工作。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">9、你的語言中藏著你的修養(yǎng)，你的修養(yǎng)影響孩子的修養(yǎng)。對孩子說話要有藝術(shù)，以孩子能接受和理解的方式表達(dá)。例如：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">1）我喜歡你，不喜歡你不尊重教具的行為。你可以這樣做，會更好。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">你的動作有點(diǎn)兒可愛，但不優(yōu)雅，用水洗洗嘴巴然后拿毛巾擦一下，會很優(yōu)雅。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">10、你不能保護(hù)孩子一輩子，所以要盡早培養(yǎng)他的獨(dú)立能力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">11、創(chuàng)造是建立在模仿的基礎(chǔ)上。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">12、可以愛孩子，不可以害孩子。溺愛、包辦、暴力的行為和語言對孩子來說都是傷害。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">13、如果你不能對孩子溫柔，那就請先保持安靜。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">14、教養(yǎng)孩子要有規(guī)則，但不過渡約束。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">15、幼兒老師是孩子生命成長中的第一縷光，老師要讓自己閃閃發(fā)光，孩子才能從老師身上吸收光芒從而綻放光芒。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">16、影響孩子發(fā)展的兩個因素：成人和環(huán)境（成人缺乏對孩子的了解，環(huán)境便不能滿足孩子成長的真正需求）</b></p>
