<h1><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 酒店是集別墅，花園，文物，歷史于一身，所在地“煙臺街俄式建筑群”是大連城市里的私藏秘境，它有百年的歷史。近日，我們來到這里。大門只允許入住客人進(jìn)，我們幾經(jīng)說明來意，才許可。但也只能在外參觀，房間進(jìn)不去。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 煙臺俄式建筑群，始建于1896年，沙俄統(tǒng)治大連初期，由德國工程師設(shè)計，為當(dāng)時“達(dá)里尼（大連）市政廳”行政區(qū)重要組成部分之一進(jìn)行規(guī)劃，作為市政府官員和東清鐵路官員官邸。解放后，歸屬鐵路部門。2011年，進(jìn)行修復(fù)，保留其原貌翻新。2013年，更名為大連鐵道1896花園酒店，開始營業(yè)。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 建筑群共有28棟別墅，每一棟都是一道獨(dú)特的風(fēng)景，雕刻精美。門前牌子，文字記載：建筑年份，設(shè)計者。各棟有一條獨(dú)立的小路進(jìn)出，路名取“中東鐵路”站名和線路，建筑及園內(nèi)綠蔭下的雕朔群，呈現(xiàn)歐式風(fēng)格景象。鬧中取靜，景致怡人，曾有一些名人，在此小住。</b></h1><h1><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 酒店占地10萬多平，我們只拍了部分景觀，選其42張制作美篇。欣賞建筑群，有一種穿越的感覺，仿佛沉浸式住進(jìn)大連歷史里。</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 大連1896花園酒店大門。酒店地址：西崗區(qū)勝利街光輝巷36號。</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 煙臺街俄式建筑群 </b></h1><h1><b style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 煙臺街位于勝利橋北，它毗鄰港口，火車站，又是市政廳所在，大連城建就從這里開始。所以將“煙臺街俄式建筑群”稱為大連建城的原點(diǎn)。</b></h1> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 3號樓。1896年沙俄侵占旅順和大連后，沙皇尼古拉二世下令構(gòu)建“達(dá)里尼（大連）”，派人到旅順考察建港，編制建市規(guī)劃。</b></p> <h1><b style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> 3號樓。中國近代政治家，思想家朱執(zhí)信（1885-1920），1904年留學(xué)日本之前，在大連的落腳處。</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">花園中央雕塑及噴水池。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 5號樓。1904年，蔣介石陪同同盟會元老陳其美，去到大連東渡日本前曾在此下榻。</b></p> <h1><font color="#333333"><b>德門。</b></font><b></b></h1> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">中東路。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">安東站。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">10號樓。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;"> 10號樓“其美公館”。1914年陳其美，戴季陶等人受命，從日本到大連。陳其美過度勞累，一病不起， 住進(jìn)10號樓。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">16號樓。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">22號樓。</b></p> <h1><font color="#333333"><b> 22號樓。民國時期政治家，古建筑學(xué)家，工藝美術(shù)家朱其玲任東北蒙務(wù)局督辦期間，在此小住。</b></font></h1> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">27號樓。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">濱洲街。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">新義街。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">濱綏街。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;">中東路。</b></p> <h1><font color="#333333"><b>綠蔭下的雕朔群。</b></font></h1> <h1><b style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">園內(nèi)一水景。兩側(cè)噴射的水流相會合處形成螺旋水花。</b></h1><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;"> 后記</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;"> “煙臺街俄式建筑群”是目前大連市內(nèi)尚存的幾個歷史街區(qū)中，建立最早，風(fēng)格最突出，藝術(shù)價值最高的歷史街區(qū)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 22px;"> 沙俄對旅大的侵略，對人民欠下的血債，我們永遠(yuǎn)不會忘記，這是沙俄侵略旅大的佐證。本文是從觀賞歷史古跡，為學(xué)習(xí)追朔大連建城史而作。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">攝影制作 黃公瑜 孫麗華</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 2022年7月24日</b></p>
