class="ql-block">湘湖牌坊</p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;">《湘湖游記》</p><p class="ql-block"> 說起游湖，人們往往會想到西湖，甚至還會吟誦“水光瀲滟晴方好，山色空蒙雨亦奇。欲把西湖比西子，淡妝濃抹總相宜”。確實，西湖景色美如畫，歷來譽滿天下，慕名而來的中外游客絡(luò)繹不絕，人聲鼎沸，而坐落在杭州郊外的湘湖卻是另一番風(fēng)情，其特點是游人稀疏，恬靜幽雅，依然保持著原始的自然風(fēng)貌。</p><p class="ql-block"> 據(jù)說，當(dāng)?shù)厝税盐骱茸魅龂鴷r代的“大喬”，而把湘湖比作“小喬”，他們把“大喬”獻(xiàn)給了杭州以外的游客觀光游覽，而把“小喬”留給了杭州本地人漫步休閑。我雖非杭州人士，但一向偏好清靜之地，曾先后多次游覽過湘湖勝景，也時常夢魂縈繞湘湖的獨特美景。</p><p class="ql-block"> 湘湖景色秀麗，人文薈萃，名勝古跡繁多，享有著名的八大景觀。這次，我重游湘湖主要還是為了“補課”，即登上石巖山，來飽覽湘湖的日出。</p><p class="ql-block"> 清晨，我早早地登上了山巔，來到了南宋古剎——先照寺。此時，天空已經(jīng)開始泛白，須臾，晨曦初露，旭日冉冉升起，色彩好似燈籠里的光暈，下有四射的紅光搖蕩著，仿佛托著它在升空，漸漸霞光萬道，自上而下地緩緩照亮了古寺的黃墻飛檐，使之變得金碧輝煌?？吹酱司?，我才頓悟出“先照寺”原來由此而聞名，明朝魏驥有詩云：“蘭若巖山顛，凌虛依寥泬。陽烏忽東升，流光每先得”。觀賞日出后，我便邁入古寺，金光灑入殿內(nèi)，與佛光交相輝映，沐浴著虔誠的香客，也預(yù)示著鴻運高照，健康幸福。</p><p class="ql-block"> 之后，我來到了“一覽亭”，回頭望去，此時的先照寺已掩映在綠樹翠竹之中，高高的佛塔似乎在向我揮手致意，“再見吧！朋友，祝你好運！”</p><p class="ql-block"> 我依依不舍地轉(zhuǎn)身而望，遠(yuǎn)處，錢塘江銀亮如練，漁浦煙光依稀，河流縱橫交錯，田野滿眼翠綠，村落星星點點；近處，巍巍群山環(huán)抱著一湖碧水，波光粼粼，平靜如鏡，折射出一道道閃爍的銀光，逼人眼眸。那跨湖橋，宛若一虹臥波，不知疲倦地送迎著中外游客；而那湖中的一葉扁舟，正揚著風(fēng)帆，恰似一片豎直的羽毛，在湖面上隨風(fēng)蕩漾，別有一番情趣?？v覽遠(yuǎn)近高低，簡直像一幅江南漁米之鄉(xiāng)的錦繡畫卷，真是瑰麗多姿。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我此時游興正濃，繼續(xù)尋覓下一處勝景，一會兒，便隱沒在一片綠樹翠竹之中，沿石階走了大約半個多小時，我終于抵達(dá)了繁花似錦的湘湖大道，那五彩繽紛的花團(tuán)錦簇，將湘湖大道與湘湖大堤分隔開來，堤岸是一片綠草如茵，仿佛是一幅翠綠的大地毯，置身其間，心情格外爽朗。很快，我便沿著湖堤小徑緩步而行，放眼眺望湘湖上下，晴空萬里，白云悠悠，對岸連綿起伏的群山像一道道翠玉屏風(fēng)，滴翠流霞；山間云霧繚繞，時而隱現(xiàn)于白茫茫的霧靄之中，好像它們披上了一層潔白而柔順的輕紗，朦朦朧朧，似與游人相樂。</p><p class="ql-block"> 乍一看，晶瑩清澈的湖水像是一道新沏的綠茶，又像是無數(shù)的錦緞鱗片，更像是一盆耀眼的碎銀，它清晰地倒映著藍(lán)天白云、青山綠樹，彼此融為一體，遙相輝映，美妙成趣。</p><p class="ql-block"> 岸邊一枝枝倒垂的楊柳在微風(fēng)中輕輕地掠過蕩漾的湖水，盈盈招展，它像是對著湖鏡，梳妝打扮的窈窕淑女，又似眺望遠(yuǎn)方，盼君歸來的婷婷玉女，顯得那么的嫵媚，那么的溫柔，那么的恬靜。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我走到湖邊的“悠哉亭”，里面有兩位老者正在聚精會神地對弈，惟聞落子響，而無人語聲，其氛圍與悠哉亭的風(fēng)格十分吻合，可謂悠哉悠哉。</p><p class="ql-block"> 而那不遠(yuǎn)處的柳蔭下，垂釣者手握鉤竿,悠閑地坐在水邊，靜靜地等候魚兒上鉤。我走近一看，才發(fā)現(xiàn)垂釣者身旁還放著一瓶酒。此番景象，似乎有點詩意，便斟酌了幾句，以饗友人：“一根魚竿一壺酒，世上能有幾何人？悠閑垂釣享歲月，誰言閑人度虛年？”</p><p class="ql-block"> 接著，我走到近處的柳樹下，低頭而望，一片柳葉如似小舟，上面還沾著幾滴露珠，在水面上浮動，定神細(xì)看，原來柳葉下面有幾條游魚頂著葉片在玩耍，如同調(diào)皮的幼童推著嬰兒車到處亂闖。一會兒，那群歡快的游魚似乎有點玩累了，便成群地聚集在樹蔭之下歇歇，我靜靜地觀賞著，它們的身影一動不動地倒映在巨大的卵石上，與我互相對視著。忽然間，有個小孩很好奇，以為我發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么，便“咚咚”地跑了過來。霎時，那魚群“嗖”的一聲，便游散了，然后又重新聚集在別處的樹蔭下，如此往復(fù)，于是我再也不忍心去打擾它們了，便繼續(xù)向前漫游。</p><p class="ql-block"> 走著走著，不經(jīng)意間看到了幾個艄公在攬生意，正好我也想去對岸，游覽城山，便欣然跳上了小船，隨著艄公拔篙時“哧”的一聲，小船便飛速離岸，岸邊金黃色的蘆葦輕輕搖晃，湖水也泛起一層層漣漪，看上去有一層薄薄的水氣，彌漫著一縷縷的水草清香，給人一絲絲的清新涼爽之感，也使我精神為之一振。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我悠然地坐在船板上，東瞧瞧，西望望，有幾只水鳥時而親吻湖水，時而躍出水面，呼朋引伴，互相追逐，盡情玩耍。忽然，一只水鳥像箭一般地從高空俯沖而下，掠過水面，也來不及看清是否叼到游魚，其速度之快可謂迅雷不及掩耳。</p><p class="ql-block"> 朝遠(yuǎn)處看，湖水碧波萬頃，倒空如鏡，從水中可清楚地望見山峰的黛色倒影；再望水下看，清澈見底，水草猶如仙女的柔美長發(fā)，隨著水的波動翩翩起舞，婀娜多姿。而游魚穿梭其中，暢游玩樂。此時此景，我深切體驗到了大自然的奇妙神韻，也領(lǐng)悟出了“湖光山色兩相隨，景色宜人游人醉”的意境。</p><p class="ql-block"> 小船在湖水中似乎有韻律的搖曳著，我真想舒舒服服地躺在船板上，靜靜地遙望著藍(lán)天白云，聆聽著水鳥的歡唱和搖櫓的水聲，想睡便睡，如此仙人般的境界讓我想起了白居易的“醉臥船中欲醒時，忽疑身是江南客。船緩進(jìn)，水平流，一莖竹篙剔船尾，兩幅青幕覆船頭”，詩人泛舟湖上，悠然恬淡的閑情逸趣，恰好寫出了我此時的心情，有一種恬適明快之感，讓我塵慮盡消，陶醉其中。</p><p class="ql-block"> 想著想著，船已到岸。上岸后，我便迅速登上了城山的“望湖亭”，站在亭中，可以俯覽湘湖全貌。微風(fēng)習(xí)習(xí)吹來，絲絲拂面，尤為愜意涼爽。湖水在藍(lán)天白云的掩映之下，是那樣的湛藍(lán)平靜，那樣的晶瑩透澈，那樣的溫柔典雅，使我神清氣爽，心曠神怡。</p><p class="ql-block"> 離開望湖亭，沒走多遠(yuǎn)，便來到了越王祠，祠內(nèi)豎立著勾踐、范蠡和文鐘的三尊塑像，還陳列著許多當(dāng)時的歷史文物，仿佛自己也沉浸在“臥薪嘗膽”的歷史風(fēng)云之中，領(lǐng)略了越王勾踐“勵精圖治，自強(qiáng)不息”的魅力，尤其是范蠡輔佐越王勾踐功成名就之后，急流勇退，毅然帶著西施泛舟江湖，離開了越國，他們動人的愛情故事現(xiàn)已家喻戶曉，成為老百姓的愛情典范，深深地影響著一代又一代的年輕人。</p><p class="ql-block"> 游湖已近尾聲，我也饑腸轆轆，下山后，慕名來到了“湖畔人家”，這里視野開闊，環(huán)境優(yōu)雅，景色宜人。在迎賓小姐的指引下，我在湖邊的餐桌就坐。老板娘非常殷勤，看我一人就餐，便向我推薦了鴨肫炒野菜和砂鍋魚頭湯，并介紹說魚頭湯底料是由豬骨精心熬制成的，味道絕對讓我滿意，還特意補充了幾句，魚頭湯能補鈣健骨，延緩衰老等等。我也快人快語，滿口應(yīng)允，同時點了一瓶湘湖啤酒。</p><p class="ql-block"> 此時，又來了四位老外，他們也是為觀景而選擇了我毗鄰的餐桌。一會兒工夫，服務(wù)員先端上了鴨肫炒野菜，香氣四溢，我的味蕾頃刻綻開。為了在老外面前顯得溫文爾雅，我裝作紳士風(fēng)度，慢悠悠地品嘗著菜肴，這道菜給我的第一印象是色香俱全，清脆爽口，我篤悠悠地一邊看景，一邊自飲。</p><p class="ql-block"> 又一會兒，砂鍋魚頭湯也端上了餐桌，乳白濃稠的湯汁還在沸騰，汩汩地泛著氣泡，香氣迂回，縈繞鼻端；湯汁上面有一層薄薄的魚油，含有豐富的膠原蛋白，還漂浮著幾朵黑木耳，并用青綠的香菜與蔥花做點綴。魚頭靜臥鍋中，兩側(cè)是小塊乳白色的嫩豆腐，看上去色彩非常鮮明，令人垂涎欲滴。淺嘗一口，渾身一顫，唇齒間蕩漾著濃郁的胡椒清香，舌舔唇邊，滋味濃郁醇厚；再品一口，魚肉細(xì)嫩柔滑，真可謂聞其香心曠神怡，嘗其肉回味無窮。</p><p class="ql-block"> 面對如此的美味嘉肴，幾位老外也全不顧他們的貴族風(fēng)度，竟發(fā)出了“哈、哈”的喝湯聲。我不知從哪兒來的勇氣，不由得脫口而出“It's delicious”，而那老外側(cè)過身來贊嘆道：“Yummy,yummy!” 大家相視而笑。</p><p class="ql-block"> 這時，老板娘也來湊熱乎了，當(dāng)場給我們吟誦：“此魚只應(yīng)天上有，人間難得幾回嘗”，“魚頭味鮮美，三載有余香”。幾位老外聽后，面面相覷，不知其意。老板娘隨即以懇求的目光向我求助說：“先生，您能不能幫我翻譯一下？”我略微思索了一下，就把她的兩句詩翻譯了過去，那幾位老外聽后，即刻向老板娘豎起了大拇指，說道：“Yes, yes！”，大家便露出了會意的笑容。老板娘隨即轉(zhuǎn)向我說：“先生，多虧了您！今特地給您的菜價打八折”。說完，她微笑地點了點頭，便轉(zhuǎn)身忙自己的事去了。</p><p class="ql-block"> 餐后買單，老板娘果真給我的菜價打了八折。我興致盎然，便在桌上的意見反饋箋上寫下了幾行詩：“魚有多鰭不遠(yuǎn)游，赴湯蹈火鍋里臥。甘為天下成佳肴，贏得世人拇指翹”。詩末署名“雅舍”，便起身遞給了老板娘，辭別而去。一路上懷著游覽湘湖的好情懷，滿口余香，回味悠長，但愿老板娘每逢天下來客，便能吟誦我雅舍的即興詩作。</p><p class="ql-block"> 雅 舍 </p><p the West Lake, and even recite, "Under the sunshine of a sunny day, the water of the West Lake is sparkling, brilliant and wonderful, while under the cover of the rain curtain, the mountains of the West Lake are shrouded in clouds, flickering, also showing another wonderful scene. If compared the West Lake to the beauty Xi Shi, she is always appropriate, regardless of light makeup and heavy makeup." Indeed, the scenery of the West Lake is as beautiful as a picture, has always been renowned all over the world, there is an endless stream of Chinese and foreign tourists who are attracted by it and a hubbub of voices, while Xiang Lake, which is located on the outskirts of Hangzhou, is another style, which is characterized by sparse tourists, tranquility and elegance, and still maintains its original natural style. It is said that the locals compare the West Lake to the beauty "Big Joe" in the Three Kingdoms dynasty and the Xiang Lake to "Little Qiao". They dedicate the "Big Qiao" to tourists outside Hangzhou for sightseeing, while leaving the "Little Qiao" to Hangzhou locals for stroll and leisure. Although I am not from Hangzhou, I have always preferred a quiet place. I have visited the scenic spots of Xiang Lake for many times and often dream about the unique beauty of Xiang Lake.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Xiang Lake has beautiful scenery, gathers a large number of talents and cultural relics, scenic spots and historical sites, and enjoys eight famous major landscapes. This time, my main purpose of revisiting Xiang Lake is to "make up lessons", that is, to climb the Rock Mountain to fully enjoy the sunrise of Xiang Lake.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Early in the morning, I climbed to the top of the mountain early and came to the ancient temple of the Southern Song Dynasty-- the Xian Zhao Temple. At this time, the sky has begun to turn white. In a moment, the dawn breaks, the morning sun is rising slowly, its color is like the halo in a lantern, there is a radiant red light swaying under it, as if holding it in the sky for raising, gradually myriads of sun rays, slowly illuminating the yellow wall and black cornices of the ancient temple from top to bottom, making it golden and resplendent. Seeing this scene, I just suddenly realized that "Xian Zhao Temple" was originally famous for this. Wei Ji in the Ming Dynasty had a poem saying: "The ancient temple on the top of the Rock Mountain is high against the sky. The sun suddenly rises from the east, and its rays often first fall on the ancient temple. "After watching the sunrise, I stepped into the ancient temple, where the golden light sprinkled into the hall, reflected with the Buddha light, bathed in devout pilgrims, and also heralded good luck, health and happiness.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">After that, I soon went to the "Yi Lan Pavilion". Looking back, at that time the Xian Zhao Temple was hidden in the green trees and bamboo, and the tall pagoda seemed to wave to me, "Good-bye! My friend, I wish you good luck!" </p><p class="ql-block">I reluctantly turned and looked. In the distance, the Qiantang River is silver bright as white silk, the Fisherman's Wharf is faint, the rivers are crisscrossed, the fields are full of green, and the villages are dotted; nearby, the towering mountains surround a lake of clear water, shimmering and calm as a mirror, reflecting the twinkling silver lights one after another, pressing people's eyes. The bridge across the lake is like a rainbow lying on the waves, tirelessly welcoming and seeing off tourists from home and abroad; while a tiny boat in the lake is raising sails, just like a vertical feather, rippling with the wind on the surface of the lake, there is some different fun. Looking at the far and near, high and low, it is simply like a beautiful picture of the hometown of fishing and rice in the south of the Yangtze River, which is really magnificent and colorful.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block">悠哉覽勝</p> <p class="ql-block">I was enjoying a lot of fun at that time, so I went on looking for the next scenic spot. After a while, I was hidden in a patch of green trees and bamboo. After walking along the stone steps for more than half an hour, I finally arrived at Xiang Lake Avenue, where the flowers were blooming like a piece of brocade. The colorful bouquets of flowers separated Xiang Lake Avenue from the Lake Embankment. The embankment is covered with a piece of green grass, as if it is a big green carpet, placing myself in the meantime, my mood is particularly refreshing. Soon, I walked slowly along the lake embankment path, looking at Xiang Lake up and down, with clear blue sky and leisurely white clouds, and the undulating mountains on the other side are like emerald screens and dripping emerald clouds; the mountains are shrouded in clouds and mist, sometimes appearing indistinctly in the white mist, as if they are covered with a layer of white and supple gauze, which are hazy, like enjoying themselves with tourists.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">At first glance, the crystal clear lake water is like a freshly brewed green tea, and like countless brocades or scales, and more like a pot of dazzling broken silver, which clearly reflects the blue sky and white clouds, green mountains and trees, blending into one, reflect each other, and become wonderful and interesting.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">A branch of willows hanging upside down on the shore are skimming gently over the rippling lake water in the breeze, lightly fluttering, which looks like a fair lady dressed up facing the lake mirror, or a beautiful lady looking into the distance and looking forward to the return of her husband, It looks so charming, so gentle and so quiet.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">I walked to the "Leisure Pavilion" by the lake, where two old men were playing chess attentively, only the sound of the falling chess piece was heard, but no one spoke, and its atmosphere was very consistent with the style of the "Leisure pavilion", which can be described as free from restraint. </p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">In the shade of the willow not far away, the angler was holding a fishing pole, sitting leisurely by the water, quietly waiting for the fish to take the bait. When I looked closer，I found that there was still a bottle of wine beside the angler, which scene seems to has a little poetic meaning, so I considered a few lines of poetry for my friends:"How many people can there be in the world with a fishing pole and a jug of wine？ leisurely fishing and enjoy the years, who says idle people spend empty years?"</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Then, I walked to a nearby willow and looked down, a willow leaf was like a boat, with a few drops of dew on it, floating on the surface of the water. I took a closer look at it carefully, which turned out that there were several swimming fish playing against it under the willow leaf, like a naughty child pushing a baby carriage to rush around. After a while, those cheerful swimming fish seemed a little tired of playing, so they gathered in groups under the shade of the trees to rest. I watched them quietly, their figures were motionless, reflected on the huge pebbles, looking at each other with me. All of a sudden, a child was very curious and thought I had found something, so he "dong dong" ran over. In an instant, the shoal of fish swam away with a "whoosh", and then gathered again in the shade of trees somewhere else, and so on, so I could not bear to disturb them any more, and continued to wander forward.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">As I walked along, I inadvertently saw several boatmen soliciting business. I just in time also wanted to go to the opposite bank to visit "Mount Cheng", so I gladly jumped into the boat. With the "Chi" sound when the boatman pulled out the pole, the boat quickly left the shore. The golden reeds on the shore shook gently, the lake water also rose layers of ripples, which seemed to have a thin layer of water vapor, filled with wisps of water grass fragrance, it give people a trace of fresh and cool feeling, and also cheer me up. </p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">I sat leisurely on the board of the boat, to look east, look west, and a few waterbirds sometimes kissed the lake water, sometimes jumped out of the water, called friends and attracted companions, chased each other, and played heartily. Suddenly, a waterbird swooped down from high altitude like an arrow, skimming over the water, and there was no time to see whether it had caught the swimming fish, its speed is as fast as thunder. </p><p class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block">下孫船埠</p> <p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Looking into the distance, the lake was so blue and empty like a mirror, that dark reflection of the mountain peak could be clearly seen from the water. Looking at the underwater again, it is crystal clear to see the bottom, and the water grasses are like the soft , beautiful and long hair of a fairy, dancing gracefully with the fluctuation of the water, and swimming fish shuttling through them, having a good swim and fun. At this time, I deeply experienced the wonderful charm of nature and also understood the artistic conception of "the natural beauty of lakes and mountains complement each other, pleasant scenery intoxicated tourists".</p> <p class="ql-block">湖邊蘆葦</p> <p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">The boat seemed to be swaying rhythmically in the lake. I really wanted to lie comfortably on the boat board, quietly looking at the blue sky and white clouds, listening to the singing of waterbirds and the sound of rowing, and sleeping if I wanted to. Such a fairy realm reminds me of Bai Juyi's "when I was about to wake up drunk in the boat, I suddenly suspected that I was a passenger from the south of the Yangtze River. The boat slowly moved forward, the water tranquilly flowed, a bamboo spar punted the stern, and two green curtains covered the bow." The poet boating on the lake, leisurely and tranquil leisure and fun, happens to describ my mood at this time, there is a quiet, comfortable and sprightly feeling, which makes me eliminate all my worries and intoxicates me.</p> <p class="ql-block">船行湖中</p> <p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Thinking and thinking, the boat has landed. After got ashore, I quickly boarded the "Lake Viewing Pavilion" in Mount Cheng, standing in the pavilion, I could overlook the whole picture of Xiang Lake. The breeze gently blew and brushed my face a little, which is particularly comfortable and cool. Under the blue sky and white cloud, the lake water is so blue and calm, so crystal clear, so gentle and elegant, which made me refreshed, relaxed and happy.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Not far away from the Lake Viewing Pavilion, I came to the King of Yue Temple, where three statues of Gou Jian, Fan Li and Wen Zhong were erected, as well as many historical relics at that time were displayed. as if myself is also immersed in the historical situation of "sleeping on firewood and tasting gall" and appreciating the charm of King of Yue Gou Jian's "diligent governance and continuous self-improvement". In particular, after Fan Li assisted the King of Yue, Gou Jian accomplished both success and fame, he retreated bravely and resolutely took Xi Shi boating rivers and lakes, left the state of Yue. Their moving love story is now well known and has become the common people' a model of love, which has a profound impact on generations of young people.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">The tour of the lake was coming to an end, and I was also very hungry, after going down the mountain, I admiried its reputation, came to the "lakeside home" , which has a wide vision, elegant environment and pleasant scenery. Under the guidance of the welcome lady, I sat down at the table by the lake. The landlady was very attentive, seeing me eating alone, she recommended duck gizzards fried wild vegetables and fish head soup in casserole to me, and introduced that the fish head soup base was made of pig bones carefully, and the taste was absolutely satisfactory to me. She also specially added a few words, fish head soup can supplement calcium and strengthen bones, delay aging and so on. I was also straightforward talk from a straightforward person, readily promised, and ordered a bottle of Xiang Lake beer at the same time.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">At this time, four more foreigners came, who also chose my adjacent table for viewing. After a while, the waiter first served the fried duck gizzards with wild vegetables, the aroma overflowed, and my taste buds bloomed in an instant. In order to appear gentle in front of foreigners, I pretended to be a gentleman and tasted the dishes slowly. The first feeling of this dish to me was that it was full of color and fragrance, crisp and refreshing, and I leisurely drank by myself while watching the scenery.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">A moment later, the casserole fish head soup was also served to the table, the milky white thick soup was still boiling, gurgling with bubbles, its aroma was circuitous and lingering around the nose; the soup was covered with a thin layer of fish oil, rich in collagen and floating a few black fungus, decorated with green coriander and scallions. The fish head silently lying in the pot, on both sides are small pieces of milky white tender tofu, which looks very bright, and mouth-watering; when I took a sip, I trembled all over, there was a full-bodied fragrance of pepper between my lips and teeth, my tongue licked own lips, and the taste was rich and mellow; tasted an another sip again, the fish meat is tender and smooth, which really can be said that smell its fragrance, feel relaxed and pleasant, and taste its meat, feel endless aftertaste.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">In the face of such delicious dishes, several foreigners completely ignored their aristocratic demeanor, and actually made "ha, ha" sounds of drinking soup. I didn't know where the courage came from, couldn't help blurting out "It's delicious", the foreigner turned sideways and said in admiration, "Yummy,yummy!" Everyone looked at each other and smiled.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">At this time, the landlady also came to join in the fun and recited to us on the spot: "this fish should only be found in the heaven, which is rare to taste it a few times in the world", "the fish head tastes delicious, and there is an aftertaste of fragrance for three years." after listening to this, several foreigners looked at each other at a loss, don't know what it means. The landlady immediately asked me for help with pleading eyes and said, "Sir, can you translate it for me?" After thinking for a moment, I translated two lines of her poem. After hearing this, the foreigners immediately gave the landlady their thumbs-up sign and said, "Yes, yes!" and everyone smiled knowingly. So the landlady immediately turned to me and said, "thanks to you, sir! I'll specially give you a 20% discount on your menu price." With that, she smiled and nodded, then turned away to mind her own business.</p> <p class="ql-block">城山懷古</p> <p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">When I paid the bill after dinner, the landlady really gave me a 20% discount on my menu price. I was so excited that I wrote down a few lines poem on the feedback note on the table:"Fish with many fins willing not swim far away, but go through fire and sleep down in a hot pot. Willing to become a delicacy for the world, win the thumbs up of the worldmen." At the end of the poem, I signed "Elegant House", then got up and handed it to the landlady, said goodbye and left, all the way with the good feelings of visiting Xiang Lake, full of lingering fragrance and a long aftertaste. I hope that whenever visitors come from all over the world，the landlady, will be able to recite my Elegant House's impromptu poems.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"> Elegant House</p><p class="ql-block"> September 12, 2021</p> <p class="ql-block">越王祠堂</p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;">『湘湖紀(jì)行』</p><p class="ql-block"> 湖を遊覧するといえば、人々は往々にして西湖を思い浮かべ、「晴れた日には、西湖の水が波打っていて、光彩がきらきらと輝いているが、雨の日には、遠(yuǎn)山の雲(yún)霧が立ち籠めていて、ぼんやりと霞んでいて、晴雨にかかわらず、奇妙な景色がある。西湖を美人西施に例えると、薄化粧でも厚化粧でも、いつもどちらにも適している」とまで吟じた。確かに、西湖の景色は絵のように美しく、昔から天下に知られていて、名前を慕って來た國內(nèi)外の観光客が後を絶たず、人の聲が沸き立っているが、杭州郊外に位置する湘湖はまた別の風(fēng)情で、その特徴は観光客がまばらで、靜かで幽雅で、依然として原始的な自然の風(fēng)貌を保っていることである。</p><p class="ql-block"> 地元の人々は西湖を三國時代の「大喬」に、湘湖を「小喬」に例え、「大喬」を杭州以外の観光客に捧げて観光ツアーをし、「小喬」を杭州の地元の人々に殘して散歩やレジャーをしていたという。私は杭州の人ではないが、ずっと靜かなところが好きで、これまでかつて何度も湘湖の景勝地を遊覧したことがあり、時々夢魂が湘湖の獨特な美しい景色につきまとっている。</p><p class="ql-block"> 湘湖は景色が秀麗で、人文が集まっていて、名所舊跡が多く、有名な八大景観を持っている。今回、私は湘湖を再遊するのは主に「補習(xí)」のため、つまり石巖山に登って、湘湖の日の出を満喫しに來た。</p><p class="ql-block"> 早朝、私は早めに山の頂上に登って、南宋の古剎--先照寺に到著した。その時、空はすでに白み始めていて、間もなく、朝の光が初めて現(xiàn)れ、旭日はゆっくりと昇り、色は提燈の光のように、下には四射の赤い光が揺れていて、それを支えて、空を昇っていくかのように、だんだん霞の光が道に満ち、トップダウンで古寺の黃色い壁と黒い軒先をゆっくりと照らし、金碧に輝いていた。この景色を見て、私ははっと「先照寺」はここで有名であることを悟ったが、明の魏驥には詩の記載があり、「巖山の頂上にある古剎は，高く空を頼りにしている。太陽が急に東から昇り、輝く光は往々にして先に古寺に當(dāng)たる?！谷栅纬訾蛴Q賞した後、私は古寺に入り、金色の光が殿內(nèi)に降り注ぎ、仏の光と照り映え合って、敬虔な香客を浴びて、鴻運が高いこと、健康と幸福をも予告している。</p><p class="ql-block"> その後、私は「一覧亭」に著き、振り返ってみると、この時の先照寺はもう緑の木と竹の中に隠れていて、高い仏塔は私に手を振っているようで、「さようなら。私の友たちよ!ご幸運をお祈りする?！工仁证蛘瘠盲瓢ま伽工?。</p><p class="ql-block"> 私は名殘惜しそうに振り返って眺めて、遠(yuǎn)い所、銭塘江は銀色の光が白絹のように輝き、漁港は煙の光がぼんやりとしていて、河川は縦橫に交差して、田野は青々としていて、村落は點々としていて;近くには、巍々たる山々は一つ湖の碧水を抱いて、波の光はきらきらと輝き、鏡のように穏やかで、きらきらと輝く銀色の光を屈折し出して、人の瞳に迫っている。あの湖を跨ぐ橋はまるで虹の波のように橫たわっていて、疲れを知らずに國內(nèi)外の観光客を迎えているが、その湖の中には、垂直な羽根のように帆を張った一葉の扁舟は湖面で風(fēng)に揺れていて、格別の趣がある。遠(yuǎn)近高低を見渡すと、まるで江南の漁米の郷の錦繍絵巻のようで、本當(dāng)に素晴らしく美しい姿ですね。</p> <p class="ql-block">三尊塑像</p> <p class="ql-block"> 私はこの時、遊興が濃くて、次の勝景を探し続けていたが、しばらくして、一面の緑の木と竹の中に隠れ、石段に沿って約半時間以上歩いて、私はやっと錦のように咲き亂れる湘湖大通りに著いた。その色とりどりの花の群れは、湘湖大通りと湘湖堤防を分けてきた。堤防は一面の緑の草で、まるで一枚の緑の大きなカーペットのようで、その間を散歩すると、とてもさわやかな気持ちになった。すぐに、私は土手の小道に沿ってゆっくりと歩いて、湘湖の上下を眺めて、青空がいっぱいで、白雲(yún)がのんびりしていて、対岸に連綿と起伏する山々は一道の翠玉の屏風(fēng)のようで、緑の霞が垂れていて、山の間に雲(yún)霧が立ちこめて、 時折白々とした霧の中に隠れて、まるで真っ白でしなやかな紗をかぶっているかのようで、ぼんやりとしていて、観光客と楽しんでいるようである。</p><p class="ql-block"> 一見すると、きらきらと澄んだ湖水は新しく淹れた緑茶のようでもあり、無數(shù)の錦や鱗のようでもあり、更にまばゆいばかりの銀くずのようでもあり、それは青空と白雲(yún)、青山と緑木をはっきりと映し出していて、お互いに一體となって、はるかに照り映え合って、美妙な趣になっている。</p><p class="ql-block"> 岸に一本一本の逆さまに垂れ下がっている楊柳の枝が微風(fēng)の中でふわりとさざ波の湖水をかすめて、しなやかに揺らいでいて、湖の鏡に向かって、化粧をした窈窕淑女のようで、遠(yuǎn)くを眺め、郎君の帰りを待っているティンティン玉女ようでもあって、そんな色っぽさ、そんな優(yōu)しさ、そんな穏やかさに見える。</p><p class="ql-block"> 私が湖のほとりにある「悠哉亭」に行くと、中には二人の老人が一心不亂に対局していて、ただ落子の音を聞いただけで、誰も聲をかけてくれないで、その雰囲気は悠哉亭の風(fēng)格によく合っていて、悠々自適と言える。</p><p class="ql-block"> 遠(yuǎn)くない柳の木陰で、釣り人は釣り竿を手に握り、のんびりと水辺に座り、魚が釣れるのを靜かに待っていた。近づいてみたら、釣り人のそばにまだ酒が一本置いてあることを初めて見つけた。このような光景は、少し詩的であるかのようだから、いくつかの句を吟味し、友人を楽しませた?！羔灓旮鸵槐兢司埔槐兢恰⑹坤沃肖撕稳摔い毪坤恧Δ?？のんびりと釣りをして歳月を楽しむのに，誰が暇な人が虛年を過ごすと言うのか？」</p><p class="ql-block"> それから、近くの柳の木陰へ行って、頭を下げて見ると、一枚の柳の葉が小舟のように見えて、その上に露の玉が何滴かついていて、水面に浮いていて、よく見ると、その葉の下で何匹かの遊魚が葉っぱをかぶって遊んでいて、まるでやんちゃな幼児がベビーカーを押してあちこちに飛び回っているようである。しばらくして、その陽気な遊魚の群れは少し遊び疲れたらしく、群れをなして木陰に集まって休んでいたが、私はじっと眺めていたが、彼らの姿は微動だにしないで、巨大な玉石にじっと逆さに映っていて、私と互いに顔を見合わせていた。突然、ある子供が好奇心を持って、私が何かを見つけたと思って、“ドンドン”と走ってきた。一瞬、その魚の群れが、ひゅっ、と遊散して、また再び別の木陰に集まって、このように往復(fù)していたので、私はもう二度と邪魔することが忍びできず、前に歩き続けた。</p><p class="ql-block"> 歩いているうちに、何気なく何人かの水夫が商売をしているのを見たところ、ちょうど私も対岸へ城山を遊覧しに行きたいと思って、喜んで小舟に飛び乗っていたが、水夫が竿を抜く時、「シュッ」という一聲とともに、小舟は急速に岸を離れ、岸辺の黃金色の葦がそっと揺れ、湖水も幾重の波紋を立て、薄い水気があるように見え、一筋一筋の水草の香りが立ちこめていて、すがすがしく涼しげな感じがして、私の元気にも奮い立たせてくれた。</p><p class="ql-block"> 私はのんびりと舟板に腰を下ろして、東を見たり、西を見たりしているうちに、何羽かの水鳥が時々湖水に口づけをしたり、水面から飛び出したりし、仲間を呼んだり、追いかけ合ったりして、思う存分遊んでいた。突然、一羽の水鳥が矢のように上空から急降下して、水面をかすめて、遊魚をくわえたかどうかも見極めることができないが、そのスピードが速いのはすさまじかったとも言える。</p><p class="ql-block"> 遠(yuǎn)くの方を見ると、湖水は青々とした波が広々で、空をひっくり返して鏡のようで、水の中からは山の峰の黛色の倒影がはっきりと見えるが、更に水中を見ると、透き通って底が見え、水草は仙女のしなやかで美しく長い髪のように、水の波動に伴ってひらひらと舞い、たおやかで美しいで、その同時に、あの遊魚の群れがその中を頻繁に行き來してのんびりと遊んでいる。この時、私は大自然の奇妙な神韻を深く體験し、「湖の光と山の色が一緒になって、美しい景色が観光客を楽しませて酔っている」という境地も悟った。</p><p class="ql-block"> 小舟は湖の中でリズムのある揺れているようで、私は本當(dāng)にゆったりと船板の上に橫になりたくて、靜かに青空と白雲(yún)を眺めながら、水鳥の歓唱と櫓を漕ぐ水音を聞き、眠ろうと思えば眠る。このような仙人のような境界は白居易の「酔って船の中に寢て目を覚まそうとした時、ふと身が江南客であると疑う。船は緩やかに進(jìn)み，湖水が靜かに流れ，一本の竹竿が船尾を棹さし、二枚の青幕が船首を覆う」を思い出させた。詩人が湖に舟を浮かべて、悠然として恬淡たるかんうんやかくが、ちょうど私のこの時の気持ちを書き出してくれて、一種の穏やかで明快な感じがあって、私に浮世の憂慮をすっかり消させ、その中に陶酔させた。</p><p class="ql-block"> 考えているうちに，船はすでに著岸していた。岸に上がってから、私はすぐに速く城山の「望湖亭」に登った。亭の中に立って、湘湖の全貌を見下ろすことができた。微風(fēng)がそよそよと吹いてきて、私の顔を軽く撫でてくれて、とりわけ心地よく涼しく、湖水は青空と白雲(yún)に映えられて、そんなに真っ青で穏やかで、そんなにきらきらと澄んでいて、そんなに優(yōu)しく典雅で、私に心をすっきりさせる。</p> <p class="ql-block">望湖亭邊</p> <p class="ql-block"> 望湖亭を離れて、あまり遠(yuǎn)く行かずに越王祠に著いた。祠內(nèi)に勾踐、范蠡と文鐘の三體の塑像が立てられていて、また當(dāng)時の歴史遺物もたくさん陳列されていて、まるで自分も「臥薪嘗膽」の歴史風(fēng)雲(yún)の中に浸っているかのように、越王勾踐の「精勵図治、自彊やまず」という魅力を味わっていて、とりわけ範(fàn)蠡が越王勾踐を補佐して功成り名とげた後、決然と引退して、西施を連れて舟を浮かべて越國を離れて、世の中に隠遁している。彼らの感動的なラブストーリーは現(xiàn)在すでに誰にもよく知られており、庶民の愛情の模範(fàn)になって、一世代また一世代の若者に深く影響を與えている。</p><p class="ql-block"> 湖を遊覧するのはもう終わりに近づき、私も空腹で、山を下りた後、名を慕って「湖畔の家」に來た。ここは視野が広くて、環(huán)境が優(yōu)雅で、景色がいい。迎賓お嬢さんに案內(nèi)されて、私は湖のほとりのテーブルに座った。おかみさんはとても親切で、私一人で食事に來ることを見ると、私に鴨の砂肝の山菜炒めと土鍋魚頭スープを推薦し、魚頭スープのベース生地は豚骨で丹念に煮込んで作ったものであると紹介し、味は絶対に満足させてくれた。また特に幾つかの言葉を言い付け加え、魚頭スープはカルシウムを補い骨を強(qiáng)くし、老化を遅らせることができるなどを紹介した。私も早口で、口いっぱいに承諾して、同時に湘湖ビールを一本注文した。</p><p class="ql-block"> この時、また四人の外國人が來て、彼らも景色を見るために私の隣のテーブルを選んた。しばらくして、仲居さんが先に鴨の砂肝が山菜を炒めるものを持ってきて、香りが四方にあふれて、私の味蕾がたちまち咲いてしまった。外國人の前で上品に見えるように、私は紳士的なふりをして、ゆっくりと料理を味わっていたが、この料理の第一印象は色も香りも揃っていて、歯切れがよくさっぱりしている。私はのんびりと景色を見ながら、自分でビールを飲んでいた。</p><p class="ql-block"> またしばらくして、土鍋の魚の頭のスープも食卓に運ばれてきた。乳白色の濃くとろりとした出汁がまだ沸騰していて、ぽこぽこと泡が立っていて、香りが迂回し、鼻の端を巡って、出汁の上に一層の薄い魚油があり、豊富なコラーゲンが含まれていて、また何輪かの黑キクラゲが浮いて、青々とした香菜とねぎ花で飾りをつけていた。魚の頭が鍋の中に靜かに橫たわって、両側(cè)は小さくて乳白色の柔らかい豆腐で、見たところ色はとても鮮明で、人に涎を出させて、一口を軽く味わってみると、全身が震えて、唇の歯の間で濃厚ですがすがしいコショウの香りが漂っている。舌は唇の辺を舐めて、味が濃く醇厚で、もう一口食べてみると、魚の肉は柔らかくて滑らかで、本當(dāng)にその香りを嗅いで心が和らぐで、その肉を味わって味が盡かなくていると言える。</p><p class="ql-block"> このようなおいしい料理に直面して、何人かの外國人も彼らの貴族の風(fēng)格を顧みないで、意外にも「は、は」とスープを飲む聲をあげた。私はどこから來たかわからない勇気で、思わず「It's delicious」と口を衝いて出てしまったら、その外國人は振り向いて、私に「Yummy,yummy！」と賛成してくれた。すると、皆は顔を見合わせて笑った。</p><p class="ql-block"> この時、おかみさんもお客さんの世話に來て、その場で私達(dá)に「このような魚は天上にしかないべきで、人間は何回味わえられないのか」、「魚の頭は味がおいしくて、三年に余香がある」と詠んでくれた。何人かの外國人が聞いて，顔を見合わせて，その意味が分からなかった。おかみさんはすぐさま懇願のまなざしで私に助けを求めて言って、「先生、訳していただけませんか」私は少し考えてから、彼女の二行の詩を訳していった。それを聞いた外國人たちはすぐおかみさんに対って親指を立てて、「イエス、イエス」と言った。すると、みんなが會意の笑みを浮かべると、おかみさんはすぐに私に向き直って言って、「先生、おかげさまで、今日はわざわざお料理の値段を二割引にしてあげます」そう言って、彼女はにっこりと頷いて、向き直って自分のことを忙しくしに行った。</p><p class="ql-block"> 食事の後で勘定して、おかみさんは本當(dāng)に私の料理の値段をニ割引きにしてくれた。私は興味津々で、食卓の上の意見フィードバックのメモに數(shù)行の詩を書いた。「魚はひれを持っているのに、遠(yuǎn)く泳がず、湯の鍋に臥す。天下のごちそうに甘んじて、世人の親指を勝ち取る」。詩の末に「雅舎」と署名して、立ち上がっておかみさんに手渡して、別れを告げて行った。途中で湘湖を遊覧するよい気持ちを抱いて、口いっぱいの余香を殘して、後味が長くて、天下のお客さんがおいでになるたびに、おかみさんが私の雅舎の即興詩を吟じられますようにお願いする。</p><p
