In 1925,International Children's Day was first proclaimed in Geneva during the World Conference on Child Welfare. The paper bag is full of candy and toys bought by their parents . Schools usually hold different activities on Children's Day or the day before , such as children's performances , camping and so on . In China , children will receive gifts , and most amusement parks will have discount prices and prepare children's gifts on the day.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> Children of civil servants might also receive small gifts from the government until they are fourteen , and Civil servants who have children sometimes have a half-day holiday on 1 June to spend more time with their children.
