Heaven and earth are both alive, and all things flourish. Go to bed early and get up late, take long walks in the courtyard, let your hair down and relax your body, so that your spirit can flourish. Do not kill, give without taking, reward without punishing. This is the response of the spring season and the way of nourishing life. If you go against it, you will injure your liver, and in summer, you will have cold changes, and the elderly will have less support." Spring is not only a good time for nourishing the body, the mind, and the heart, but also for cultivating temperament and setting goals.</p> <p class="ql-block">春山無盡蝶迷蹤，弄花總?cè)窍銤M衣。春天如期而至，花兒循次開放。因疫情居家閉關(guān)整二月，眼看花兒都落英繽紛了，目送著花影漸漸遠去，婉惜期盼之情不由在心頭縈繞。花色漸褪春將暮，谷雨過后，花紅漸漸稀少，綠茵漸漸繁盛，又到了暮春，再也不能錯過這一季最后的花開時光。</p> <p class="ql-block">Spring mountains are endless butterfly seeking, and flowers always smell pleasant to the clothes. Spring arrived as scheduled, and the flowers opened in sequence. Throughout February, the family was closed because of the epidemic. As the flowers fell in bloom, I watched the shadows gradually fade away, and the feeling of hope lingered in my heart. The colors fade to the twilight of spring, after the Grain Rain, the bonus gradually scarce, the green gradually flourish, and to the late spring, can not miss the last time of this season.</p> <p class="ql-block">草樹知春不久歸，百般紅紫斗芳菲。楊花榆莢無才思，惟解漫天作雪飛。暮春，花草樹木意識到春天即將歸去，都想留住春天的腳步，竟相爭妍斗艷。樸素無華的山楂花開了，搖曳嫵媚的薔薇花開了，亭亭玉立的芍藥也開了，連那沒有奪目顏色的楊花和榆錢也不甘寂寞，隨風起舞。</p> <p class="ql-block">The grass and trees know that spring will soon return, and a hundred kinds of red and purple flowers compete with each other for beauty. The willow and elm seeds have no talent, but they can only fly like snow all over the sky. In late spring, flowers, trees, and shrubs realize that spring is about to leave, and they all want to keep up with the pace of spring, competing with each other for beauty. The unsophisticated hawthorn flowers have bloomed, the graceful rose flowers have bloomed, and the elegant peonies have bloomed. Even the willow and elm seeds, which do not have dazzling colors, do not want to be left out and dance with the wind.</p> <p class="ql-block">古寺遙通中天竺又上天竺，長堤回望里六橋連外六橋。這幅對聯(lián)描繪的場景就是茅家埠，它是西湖一隅的濕地村落。漫步上香古道，時而棧道，時而石道，時而拱橋，時而水中間隔著卵石大道。樹影斑斕的水面上，偶有小船劃過，驚起數(shù)只候鳥，那一瞬間，整個林子都活了。</p> <p class="ql-block">The ancient temple is far away from the central and heavenly temples, and the long dike looks back at the six bridges inside and the six bridges outside. This couplet depicts the scene of Maojia Bu, a wetland village in a corner of West Lake. Walking on the ancient incense road, sometimes it is a plank road, sometimes a stone road, sometimes a arched bridge, and sometimes a pebble road in the middle of the water. On the water surface with colorful tree shadows, occasionally small boats pass by, startling several migratory birds. At that moment, the whole forest came to life.</p> <p class="ql-block">山遠近路橫斜惠風和暢，樹參差亭錯落朗月空明。茅家埠的湖邊棧道，棧道兩邊是杉樹、樟樹、楓樹、桃樹、銀杏樹和楓楊樹，個個神采飛揚，荗盛翠綠。湖邊是低垂著眉眼的楊柳，隨風輕撫著一湖碧水。湖邊還長著成片生機盎然的水菖蒲、蘆竹、銅錢草、再力花和鳶尾花。</p> <p class="ql-block">The mountain road winds and slants, the breeze is pleasant, the trees are scattered, the pavilion is scattered, and the bright moon is clear. The wooden walkway by the lake in Maojiabu is lined with fir trees, camphor trees, maples, peaches, ginkgoes, and maples, all of which are full of vitality and lush green. By the lake are willows with drooping eyebrows, gently caressing a lake of crystal-clear water with the wind. Along the lake, there are also patches of thriving water arum, bulrushes, copper coins, rush flowers, and irises.</p> <p class="ql-block">茅家埠的水面浩渺，連接著遠處的黛山和長堤，湖水清澈見底，看得清水草深色的根莖和游樂的小魚。沿岸的部分水面上，長著一蔟蔟綻放著黃色小花的萍蓬草，還有一朵朵清凈之蓮，它們有白色、有粉色、有紫色，它們從泥沼的淺地中昂然抽出，仿佛無視于外圍的染著。</p> <p class="ql-block">The water surface of Maojiabu is vast, connecting the distant De Mountain and the long dike. The lake water is clear to the bottom, and you can see the dark roots of the water grass and the small fish playing. On the water surface along the shore, there are clusters of water lotus with yellow flowers blooming, as well as a few lotus flowers. They are white, pink, and purple, and they rise from the shallow mud, as if ignoring the surrounding dye.</p> <p class="ql-block">茅家埠的澤塘穿著短短的綠裙子，用一種稱作水菖蒲的草編織而成。太陽下的綠裙子閃著亮光，如青春少年一般蓬蓬勃勃，郁郁蔥蔥。早春，它會在水底里悄悄地發(fā)芽；到了陽春，菖蒲的葉尖便好不羞澀地從水面昂出頭來；到了暮春，這燦爛的綠就比花兒還美。</p> <p class="ql-block">Zetan in Maojiabu was wearing a short green skirt made of a kind of grass called water calamus. The green skirt shone under the sun, as vigorous and lush as a young man. In early spring, it would quietly sprout in the water; in early spring, the tips of the calamus leaves would shyly rise above the water; in late spring, this brilliant green would be even more beautiful than flowers.</p> <p class="ql-block">水菖蒲多長在濕地的淺水里，深處不多見。它的葉子一片抱著另一片往上竄，水上部分就只見蒲葉，蒲莖大都潛在水中不作聲。它生機盎然，飄逸灑脫，柔韌修長。如果說蘭花是花草中的君子，那么菖蒲就是花草中的隱士。它高雅出塵，它清人之心，它還可以動人高蹈遠隱之思。</p> <p class="ql-block">Water arum usually grows in shallow water in wetlands, and is rarely found in deep water. Its leaves wrap around each other and climb upwards, and only the water surface part can be seen, while most of the arum stems are submerged in the water without making any noise. It is full of vitality, graceful and free-spirited, and flexible and long. If orchids are the gentlemen among flowers and plants, then arum is the hermit among flowers and plants. It is elegant and transcendent, it purifies the heart of people, and it can also stir the thoughts of those who are high-minded and distant.</p> <p class="ql-block">水菖蒲乃鄉(xiāng)間俗物，不曾想還飽含詩意?！犊兹笘|南飛》有句：“君當作磐石，妾當作蒲葦，蒲葦韌如絲，磐石無轉(zhuǎn)移?！彼未罎撚性娫疲骸帮L蒲獵獵弄輕柔，欲立蜻蜓不自由。五月臨平山下路，藕花無數(shù)滿汀洲?！边@些名篇佳句，給了蒲草另一番詩境和雅趣，更增添了對蒲草的喜愛。</p> <p class="ql-block">Water calamus is a common rural plant, but I didn't expect it to be full of poetry. There is a line in "The Peacock Flies Southeast": "You should be like a rock, and I should be like reeds. The reeds are as tough as silk, and the rock cannot be moved." There is a poem by Taoqian from the Song Dynasty: "The wind blows gently, the reeds dance lightly. I want to fly like a dragonfly, but I can't be free. On the road by the foot of Linping Mountain in May, countless lotus flowers bloom on the islets." These famous poems and lines give the water calamus another poetic scene and elegance, adding to the love for the water calamus.</p> <p class="ql-block">樟樹的葉子頭尖尖底圓圓的，似一滴滴大水珠掛滿枝頭。它的樞桿呈棕褐色，表皮紋路深，就像老農(nóng)飽經(jīng)滄桑的臉。喜歡這綠色的葉，雖然也會落，但總頑強地堅持到新葉長才悄然離去；敬仰這粗糙的樹干，是它孕育著這一片綠，當人們關(guān)注贊美綠甚至忽略了它，依舊微笑著默默守護。</p> <p class="ql-block">The leaves of the camphor tree are pointed at the top and round at the bottom, like a cluster of water droplets hanging on the branches. Its shaft is reddish brown, with deep skin grooves, like an old farmer's weathered face. I like these green leaves, although they will fall, but they always stubbornly hold on until new leaves grow before quietly leaving; I admire this rough trunk, which nurtures this green, and when people pay attention to and praise the green and even ignore it, it still smiles and silently guards.</p> <p class="ql-block">樟樹花兒可是精美絕倫的，一小朵一小朵地點綴在兩片葉子中間，純純的，白白的，悄悄然，生怕喧賓奪主。這萬綠叢中的白花超凡脫谷，猶如仙子在一片綠綠的草原裊裊拂袖，舞動著白裙。樟樹花兒還擁有七里香的馥郁，幽清的、淡雅的，沒有濃烈感，令人心曠神怡，如醉如癡。</p> <p class="ql-block">The flowers of the camphor tree are exquisite and exquisite, a small bunch of flowers dotted between the two leaves, pure and white, quietly, as if afraid of overshadowing the host. This white flower in the midst of the green forest is extraordinary, like a fairy gently waving her sleeves on a green grassland, dancing with a white dress. The flowers of the camphor tree also have the fragrance of Qilixiang, fragrant, clear, delicate, without a strong sense, making people feel refreshed and intoxicated.</p> <p class="ql-block">橫走斜伸碧翠青，婆娑綠葉舞春風。粉綾秀麗枝頭綴，天地之間跨彩虹。一朵粉紫的鳶尾花開了，散發(fā)著清新的芬芳。暮春里，它迎著風淺笑著，它的笑，燦爛而直接，仿佛孩童般純粹的笑臉。都說鳶尾花是愛的使者，是傳播佳音的使者，有優(yōu)雅的心，有使命感。</p> <p class="ql-block">The green leaves stretch horizontally and slant, swaying gracefully in the spring breeze. The delicate pink brocade is adorned on the branches, and a rainbow spans between heaven and earth. A pink violet iris has bloomed, releasing a fresh fragrance. In late spring, it smiles lightly in the wind, its smile bright and direct, like a child's pure face. It is said that the iris is the messenger of love, the messenger of good news, with an elegant heart and a sense of mission.</p> <p class="ql-block">學會看一朵花，關(guān)鍵不是看什么，而是怎么看。一個人學會看花，身心與花融為一體，除了能看到、聞到、聽到，心還能感知到。會看花的人，就會看云、看月、看星，看世間萬物，能看到蘊于其中的一切智慧。會看就先要有一顆細膩的心，這顆細膩的心從其柔軟處開啟智慧之眼。</p> <p class="ql-block">The key to learning to look at a flower is not what to look at, but how to look at it. When a person learns to look at flowers, their body and mind become one with the flowers. In addition to seeing, smelling, and hearing, the heart can also perceive. People who can look at flowers can also look at clouds, the moon, stars, and all things in the world. They can see all the wisdom that is contained in them. To learn to look, one must first have a delicate heart, and this delicate heart opens the eyes of wisdom from its softness.</p> <p class="ql-block">林清玄先生說過：人間尋求智慧也不是那樣難的，最要緊的是，使自己有柔軟的心，柔軟到看到一朵花中的一片花瓣落下，都動容顫抖，知悉它的意義。唯其其軟，我們才能敏感、才能包容、才能精致。柔軟心是我們在俗世中生活，還能時時感知自我清明的源泉。</p> <p class="ql-block">Mr. Lin Qingxuan said that it is not so difficult to seek wisdom on earth, but the most important thing is to have a soft heart, so soft that when one of the petals of a flower falls, we trembled and knew its meaning. Only by being soft can we be sensitive, inclusive and refined. Soft heart is our life in the secular world, but also always feel the source of self Pure Brightness.</p> <p class="ql-block">花瓣葉子是柔軟的，太陽月亮是柔軟的，海洋天空柔軟的。我們的心柔軟，可以比花瓣更美，比葉子更綠，比太陽更溫暖，比月亮更晈潔，比大海更廣闊，比天空更無垠。柔軟是有力量的，也是最恒常的。且讓我們在人間，在內(nèi)心，長出柔軟清凈的智慧之蓮吧。</p> <p class="ql-block">The petals and leaves are soft, the sun and moon are soft, the ocean and sky are soft. Our hearts are soft and can be more beautiful than petals, greener than leaves, warmer than the sun, clearer than the moon, wider than the ocean, and more boundless than the sky. Softness is powerful and the most constant. Let us grow soft and pure wisdom lotus in the world and in our hearts.</p> <p class="ql-block">人的一生，會因緣分認識許多人。呱呱墜地時，與父母有緣相識；活蹦亂跳時，與同學有緣相識；情竇初開時，與戀人有緣相識；踏入社會后，與同事有緣相識；而立之年后，與子女有緣相識；中年鼎盛后，與好友有緣相識。這些人的存在，是你一生幸福的重要因素之一。</p> <p class="ql-block">In one's life, one will meet many people due to fate. When you are born, you meet your parents by chance; when you are lively, you meet your classmates by chance; when you fall in love, you meet your lover by chance; when you enter society, you meet your colleagues by chance; when you reach the age of 30, you meet your children by chance; when you reach the peak of middle age, you meet your friends by chance. The existence of these people is one of the important factors for your happiness in life.</p> <p class="ql-block">親情冥冥中由上天安排，具象為血緣聯(lián)結(jié)。友情和愛情雖然也由上天安排，但包涵著自己選擇的元素，有時會超越血緣和世俗，有時來得更珍貴，得用心去尋找和維系。有過這種體驗嗎？那個人身上的氣息，你喜歡的氣息，不僅從外在一個維度，而且從內(nèi)在全方位，都能充分感受到。</p> <p class="ql-block">Family ties are arranged by heaven, embodied as blood ties. While friendship and love are also arranged by heaven, they contain elements of personal choice, sometimes transcending blood ties and worldly concerns, and sometimes being more precious, requiring effort to find and maintain. Have you experienced this? The scent of that person, the scent you like, can be fully felt not only from an external dimension, but also from all aspects of the inner self.</p> <p class="ql-block">親情、友情和愛情，哪一種親密的情誼不是基于“我在這里、剛好你也在這里”的時空安排？一切的愛，不就是“同在”的緣分嗎？我們渴望親情、友情和愛情，有如高飛的風箏掙不脫綿長的繩線，有如瓜果的藤蔓環(huán)繞糾纏著竹桿籬笆。你在，我在，還有比這更讓人向往的美好世界嗎？</p> <p class="ql-block">Which kind of intimate friendship is not based on the time and space arrangement of "I am here and you are here"? Isn't all love just a fate of "being together"? We long for family, friendship, and love, just like a high-flying kite that cannot break free from the long rope, just like the vines of fruits and vegetables surrounding and entwining the bamboo fence. You are here, I am here, what more beautiful world can there be than this?</p> <p class="ql-block">每每看到或想到少女的嬌羞欲語、回眸一笑，都有一種美好又心動的感覺，而這種美好，常常如朝露曇花，難得又難得。為什么呢，因為心不靜不明不柔了，太多的東施效顰、虛榮攀比和不自信交集在一起，使我們一邊執(zhí)著于渴望恒常擁有，一邊卻無奈面對漸行漸遠的現(xiàn)實。</p> <p class="ql-block">Every time I see or think of a young girl's shyness and desire to speak, and her smile when she turns her head, I have a feeling of beauty and excitement. This beauty is often like morning dew and fleeting flowers, rare and hard to come by. Why is that? Because the heart is not calm, not clear, and not gentle. Too much imitation, vanity, comparison, and lack of self-confidence are intertwined, making us cling to the desire to always have it, but at the same time, we are helpless to face the reality that is drifting away.</p> <p class="ql-block">《道德經(jīng)》有云：你能把靈魂與肉體合二而一融為一體而永不分離嗎？你能把精氣調(diào)和得十分柔和，像初生的嬰兒一樣純樸嗎？你能洗盡思想上的塵垢，讓心地寬廣得如一塵不染的明鏡嗎？嬰兒的本性是自然純真的，沒有雜念和私利。若能保持嬰兒般善良純樸的天性，不受外物拘束，逍遙無恃，那我們?nèi)杖毡闶呛萌铡?lt;/p> <p class="ql-block">The "Tao Te Ching" says: Can you merge your soul and body into one and never separate? Can you harmonize your vital energy to be as gentle as a newborn baby? Can you wash away the dust on your mind and make your heart as broad as a mirror that is spotless? The nature of a baby is natural and pure, without thoughts and selfish interests. If we can maintain the kind and pure nature of a baby, not restrained by external things, free and unrestrained, then every day will be a good day.</p> <p class="ql-block">《道徳經(jīng)》有云：知道為什么強大，卻守在柔弱的位置，做天下人的溪澗。做了天下人的溪澗，永恒的徳行就不會離開，就回歸到了嬰兒狀態(tài)。嬰兒柔弱、淡泊、謙虛、質(zhì)樸、寧靜，這些都是道的特點。修道當學嬰兒、做赤子，心念到處，形體隨之，毫無掩飾，表里如一。得道而后修德，生命因此本真。</p> <p class="ql-block">The Tao Te Ching says: "Know why you are strong, but stay in a weak position, and be a stream for all people in the world. When you become a stream for all people in the universe, the eternal virtue will not leave, and you will return to the state of infancy. Infants are weak, indifferent, modest, simple, and peaceful. These are the characteristics of the Tao. When cultivating the Tao, one should learn from infants and be like a child. The mind is everywhere, and the body follows. There is no concealment, and the inside and outside are the same. After achieving the Tao, one can then cultivate virtue, and life will thus be authentic.</p> <p class="ql-block">門前無人問落花，綠陰冉冉遍天涯。林鶯啼到無聲處，春草池塘獨聽蛙。暮春，美好與你相逡巡。世間煙火色，最是撫人心；世間煙火色，叩心問前程。四時節(jié)序隨逝，隙駒易過不負韶華。春天里，落花已寫下諸多美好。即便它隨風吹逝，只是變換了美的姿態(tài)，韻味依然盡在無言中。</p> <p class="ql-block">No one asks about the fallen flowers in front of the door, and the green shade spreads all over the world. The green thrush sings until there is no sound, and the spring grass and pond listen to the frog alone. In late spring, beauty surrounds you. The colors of the world are the most soothing to the heart; the colors of the world are the most important to ask about one's future. The four seasons pass with the passing of time, and the fleeting moments are not wasted. In spring, the fallen flowers have written many beautiful things.
