<h3>清涼山,即代州雁門郡五臺山也,于中現(xiàn)有清涼寺,以歲積堅(jiān)冰,夏仍飛雪,曾無炎暑,故曰清涼。五峰聳出,頂無林木,有如壘土之臺,故曰五臺。表我大圣五智已圓,五眼已凈,總五部之真秘,洞五陰之真源,故首戴五佛之冠,頂分五方之髻,運(yùn)五乘之要,清五濁之災(zāi)矣</h3> <h3></h3><h3>東臺名望海峰,海拔2795米,東臺頂上"蒸云浴日,爽氣澄秋,東望明霞,如陂如鏡,即大海也,"故冠此名。由于海拔高,臺頂氣溫低,盛夏之時(shí)節(jié),仍須穿棉衣。中國佛協(xié)前會長趙樸初填詞贊曰:"東臺頂,盛夏尚披裘。天著霞衣迎日出,峰騰云海作舟浮,朝氣滿神州。"</h3> <h3>華北屋脊</h3> <h3></h3><h3>北臺名葉斗峰,海拔3058米,五臺最高,"華北屋脊",臺"頂平廣,圓周四里,其下仰視,巔摩斗杓,故以為名。"康熙皇帝賦詩贊曰:"絕磴摩群峭,高寒逼斗宮。鐘鳴千嶂外,人語九霄中。朔雪晴猶積,春冰暖未融。憑虛看陸海,此地即方蓬。"</h3> <h3><h3>中臺翠巖峰,海拔2894米,臺"頂廣平,圓周五里,巔巒雄曠,翠靄浮空,因以為名。"有詩贊曰:"群峰面面擁奇觀,朝雨和煙積翠巒。策杖千山渾不倦,披裘六月尚余寒。蒼崖碧嶂周遭合,古木黃沙四望寬。云霧漸看山半起,卻疑身已在云端。"</h3></h3> <h3></h3><h3>西臺名掛月峰,海拔2773米,臺"頂廣平,月墜峰巔,儼若懸鏡,因以為名。"有詩贊曰:"西嶺巍峨接遠(yuǎn)蒼,回瞻鄉(xiāng)國白云傍。孤峰嶺翠連三晉,八水分流潤四方。晴日野華鋪蜀錦,秋風(fēng)仙桂落天香。當(dāng)年獅子曾遺跡,巖谷常浮五色光。"<br></h3> <h3><h3>南臺名錦繡峰,海拔2485米,"頂若覆盂,圓周一里,山峰聳峭,煙光凝翠,細(xì)草雜華,千巒彌布,猶鋪錦然,故以名焉。</h3></h3> <h3>五臺山</h3><h3>《月燈經(jīng)》說,</h3><h3>哪怕只是朝著五臺山走七步,</h3><h3>也有很大的功德。</h3><h3>穿越生命大朝臺,</h3><h3>取意穿越輪回,</h3><h3>穿越生活中模式(輪回模式),</h3><h3>踏上朝臺之路,</h3><h3>在文殊菩薩的凈土上尋找生命真諦,</h3><h3>找尋心靈的歸宿。</h3> <h3>佛曰:一花一世界,一草一天堂,一葉一如來,一砂一極樂,一方一凈土,一笑一塵緣</h3> <h3>舍利子,色不異空,空不異色,色即是空,空即是色,受、想、行、識,亦復(fù)如是</h3> <h3>列子御風(fēng)神游:心凝神釋,骨肉都融,不覺行之所倚。足之所履,隨風(fēng)東西,猶木葉干殼。意不知風(fēng)乘我耶?我乘風(fēng)耶?</h3> <h3>The Art of Travelling</h3><h3>travel is such a wonderful experience! Especially when you forget you are travelling. Then you will enjoy whatever you see and do. Those who look into themselves when they travel will not think about what they see. In fact,there is no distinction between the viewer and the seen. You experience everything with the totality of yourself, so that every blade of grass, every mountain, every lake is alive and is a part of you. When there is no division between you and what is other, this is the ultimate experience of travelling.</h3> <h3>如澄濁水,貯于靜器,靜深不動(dòng),沙土自塵,清水現(xiàn)前,名為初伏客塵煩惱;去泥純水,名為永斷根本無明。明相靜純,一切變現(xiàn)不為煩惱,皆合涅槃清凈妙德</h3> <h3>過去心不可得,現(xiàn)在心不可得,未來心不可得</h3> <h3>凡所有相皆是虛妄。若見諸相非相,即見如來。</h3> <h3>如心動(dòng)則人妄動(dòng)</h3><h3>人生在世如身處荊棘之中</h3><h3>心不動(dòng),人不妄動(dòng)</h3><h3>不動(dòng)則不傷</h3><h3>如心動(dòng)則人妄動(dòng)</h3><h3>傷其身痛其骨</h3><h3>于是體會到世間諸般痛苦</h3> <h3>萬事萬物皆變動(dòng)不居。茍執(zhí)著于某物而不能釋懷,則徒然增加心中之塊壘。</h3> <h3>life itself must be grasped in the midst of its flow; to shop it for examination and analysis is kill it, leaving its cold corpse to be embraced.</h3> <h3>心有欲求,則為俗事所困所繞;無所欲求,便只余事物之理,得其智</h3> <h3>不住于相,般若立現(xiàn)</h3>
