-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 活動伊始，主備者林華媛、金永、莊秀寬等三位老師，就在線遞交了教學(xué)設(shè)計，在大家認(rèn)真通讀了教學(xué)設(shè)計后，由主備者闡述自己的教學(xué)設(shè)想，提出自己在備課中的困惑之處和需要解決的問題。工作室全體成員都以研究者的身份參與進(jìn)來，圍繞具體課例展開研究?！耙o扣本單元的語文素養(yǎng)，借助語言文字展開想象” “要做好課堂‘減肥’工作，不宜面面俱到” “想象畫面，描述畫面，這是個內(nèi)化語言的過程”……大家積極交流了自己的見解，在交流中碰撞出思想的火花，在探究合作中達(dá)成共識，群策群力，發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊作用。領(lǐng)銜人盧老師在兼顧全局的情況下，深入淺出、娓娓道來，提出了許多建設(shè)性的意見，她在“高大上”與“接地氣”之間切換自如，游刃有余。讓每一位參與研討活動的老師都受益匪淺。大家都紛紛感慨：有了名師的指點(diǎn)迷津，真如撥云見日，教學(xué)中的許多困惑迎刃而解。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
