<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 今年以來，我所遵照上級(jí)教育培訓(xùn)的要求和2019年“三大活動(dòng)”的安排，積極有序開展了一系列民警培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。堅(jiān)持“黨建先行、政治引領(lǐng)、帶動(dòng)團(tuán)建”的思路，為提高培訓(xùn)實(shí)效，更好地指導(dǎo)工作實(shí)踐，我所于2019年5月31日，在三大隊(duì)舉辦了“黨建帶團(tuán)建青年民警座談會(huì)暨外出培訓(xùn)民警交流分享會(huì)”。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 所黨委書記、所長(zhǎng)雷昌文，所黨委副書記、政委劉建民，所黨委委員、政治處主任樂勁松，全所20余名青年民警代表參加了座談交流會(huì)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 樂勁松主任主持會(huì)議，并就此次座談交流會(huì)的議程、意義和目的作了介紹。大家在一個(gè)寬松、良好的氛圍中分享了赴上海崧澤強(qiáng)戒所掛職鍛煉和前往杭州“浙江警官職業(yè)學(xué)院”參加運(yùn)動(dòng)戒毒培訓(xùn)后各自的心得體會(huì)，并提出諸多好的工作建議。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 民警代表明建華、高暢、劉凱、肖遙、鄒哲等分享了自己外出學(xué)習(xí)考察的體會(huì)、認(rèn)識(shí)及感悟；<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">介紹了上海崧澤強(qiáng)戒所制度建設(shè)、規(guī)范化管理、民警直接管理及開展教育矯治和康復(fù)訓(xùn)練等工作情況。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 民警代表徐浩、王鈺磊就“運(yùn)動(dòng)戒毒”的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用操作及工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求與大家探討交流，提出了我所開展“運(yùn)動(dòng)戒毒”工作的建議。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> 雷昌文所長(zhǎng)邊聽邊記，并不時(shí)插話，對(duì)交流發(fā)言的青年民警所提問題進(jìn)行認(rèn)真解答、點(diǎn)評(píng)與互動(dòng)。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 劉建民政委圍繞“怎么學(xué)”、”怎么比”、“怎么干”進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并以一句“星星之火，可以燎原”，表達(dá)了所黨委對(duì)青年民警的關(guān)愛和期盼。</h3> <h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 此次交流座談會(huì)不僅讓與會(huì)青年民警開拓了眼界，接觸了很多的新想法新思路，也讓大家認(rèn)識(shí)到行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、工作規(guī)范化的重要性。大家紛紛表示，我們要在今后的工作中一邊學(xué)習(xí)一邊探索，不斷鉆研，自覺把學(xué)與用、知與行結(jié)合起來，做到學(xué)以致用、知行合一。只有這樣，才能跟得上時(shí)代步伐，才能滿足新形勢(shì)下的戒毒工作要求。</h3></h3>
