white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      蘇州檔案館是坐北朝南，設(shè)計(jì)較為大氣，由于體現(xiàn)年代感未采用蘇州主色灰、白而是暗黃，門之東西兩側(cè)墻面材質(zhì)取青銅飾以各種文字、字體等具有古韻今風(fēng)的地名、檔案的等，頗有特色。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      館是免費(fèi)開放，僅需憑身份證在大廳內(nèi)登記就可。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      館內(nèi)常規(guī)展覽是稱之為：蘇州檔案館陳列展，名之為《吳門珍檔》?？赡苓€有二個(gè)不對(duì)個(gè)人開放的展室，一個(gè)是非遺，一個(gè)是絲綢檔案。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此一發(fā)黃的紙是新蘇州的開始，蘇南行署1949年4月27日的訓(xùn)令，從此中國共產(chǎn)黨在蘇州委派的干部開始就職視事，行政區(qū)劃是蘇州市及吳縣、常熟、昆山、吳江、太倉五縣；成立蘇州行政區(qū)專員公署；第一任是專員李干成、副專員張維茲。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      李干成，1953年調(diào)任上海市，曾任副市長。是原政治局委員、國家副主席李源潮之父，李源潮就生在蘇州，當(dāng)時(shí)名李援朝。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此文件的圖片是“國函1992年169號(hào)”，是國務(wù)院關(guān)于增建國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)的批復(fù)。引起我回想一段工作經(jīng)歷。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      1992年國家科委召開會(huì)議，在北京友誼賓館召開有關(guān)國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)的增建問題，當(dāng)時(shí)全國第一批建立了27個(gè)國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)，沒有蘇州，此次會(huì)議實(shí)際是進(jìn)行預(yù)審第二批。當(dāng)時(shí)我在科委工作，中午通知我緊急趕赴北京，當(dāng)天必需到達(dá)，明天參加會(huì)議。剛到北京友誼賓館報(bào)到，后任新區(qū)管季會(huì)副書記的王?？狄言诘任?，立即和先期在北京的市府副秘書長范敬中、新區(qū)管委會(huì)主任王金華等碰面。第二天出席會(huì)議的有黃憶祖，范敬中、王金華作為市府代表出席，蘇州市第一個(gè)匯報(bào)增建方案并通過，范、王兩人就退出了會(huì)議。這也是蘇州名列25個(gè)增建高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)之首的原因。我一人自始至終的參加了三天會(huì)議并付了3000元會(huì)議費(fèi)。不久，國家以國務(wù)院函的形式正式批準(zhǔn)蘇州新區(qū)為國家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      蘇州，一座古樸、典雅的東方水城。江南繁華之地、人文薈萃之所。通過吳門舊檔，掀開塵封歷史，展示蘇州的風(fēng)云變幻、發(fā)展成就，激勵(lì)徜徉，啟迪后人終有所得。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此是共識(shí)，但有一句是“至今仍座落在原址上”。此話是誰講的？領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還是專家？關(guān)鍵是有根據(jù)嗎？國家批準(zhǔn)的闔閭城遺址是在無錫與常州的交界處，為第七批全國重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位。真相？！</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      要圖識(shí)當(dāng)然先要介紹蘇州第一碑——平江圖碑。南宋理宗紹定二年（1229年）蘇州郡守李壽朋所刻。原碑存蘇州府學(xué)內(nèi)（現(xiàn)蘇州高級(jí)中學(xué)），后藏蘇州博物館。圖中可見357座橋，65座跨街牌坊；玄妙觀三清殿、報(bào)恩寺塔、雙塔、瑞光塔等。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此圖是較為接近現(xiàn)代的蘇州市圖，其中并沒有標(biāo)志出“蛇門”。目前，在蘇州最近春節(jié)舉行的活動(dòng)“九大城門掛春聯(lián)”及環(huán)古城河健身步道等均將改革開放后新建的桂花公園角樓稱之為“蛇門”，這不知是那個(gè)有權(quán)無文化的人叫出來的！貽笑大方。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此處未用檔案，而是用了最能體現(xiàn)盛世吳門的清代宮廷畫家蘇州人徐楊歷時(shí)24年創(chuàng)作的《盛世滋生圖》，又稱《姑蘇繁華圖》。完成于1759年。以長卷的形式描述了清時(shí)姑蘇從靈巖山、木瀆、石湖、上方山、從葑、盤、胥門進(jìn)，閶門出、山塘、虎丘止的市井風(fēng)貌。此圖現(xiàn)珍藏于遼寧省博物館。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      此圖是成立于1911年的“蘇州工業(yè)學(xué)校校門”。此校后是蘇州工業(yè)?？茖W(xué)校，在國內(nèi)高校第一個(gè)設(shè)置建筑科，在省內(nèi)第一個(gè)設(shè)置紡織科，解放后稱“蘇南工業(yè)專科學(xué)?！薄Ｗ畛雒男Ｓ咽侵泄苍缙陬I(lǐng)導(dǎo)人秦邦憲（博古）?？上г?952年院系調(diào)整中被撒消。1958年蘇州再建蘇州工業(yè)?？茖W(xué)校，我就是1958年入學(xué)，可惜又在1962年被撒消。1981年再次成立蘇州工業(yè)專科學(xué)?；I建處，可惜成立時(shí)改稱“蘇州職業(yè)大學(xué)”。現(xiàn)雖歷史上溯到1911年，并于2011年舉行百年校慶，按此圖片在蘇州職大校園內(nèi)建了一座紀(jì)念校門。當(dāng)時(shí)何必不稱“蘇州工業(yè)專科學(xué)?！蹦?？</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">      此圖是“振聲中學(xué)”。我小學(xué)念的是與中學(xué)在同一校園內(nèi)的“振聲小學(xué)”，是美國人辦的教會(huì)學(xué)校，就是后來的“馬醫(yī)科小學(xué)”。學(xué)校已不存在，但校舍現(xiàn)在是“蘇州市姑蘇區(qū)老年大學(xué)”。</span><br></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      優(yōu)秀的學(xué)校必培養(yǎng)出一大批優(yōu)秀人才，館內(nèi)建有蘇州院士墻，蘇州共有110余位兩院院士。其中還有夫妻院士、兄弟院士、叔侄院士、堂兄妹院士等。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">      館內(nèi)建有一間何澤慧院士在高能所的工作室，寫字臺(tái)前是何澤慧院士的臘像，墻壁上掛有她臨摹的“魏曹全碑”漢隸與國畫，她被稱之為“中國的居里夫人”。其夫是“中國原子彈之父”錢三強(qiáng)?，F(xiàn)在的世界文化遺產(chǎn)“網(wǎng)師園”就是何家捐贈(zèng)給國家的。</span></h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      真率會(huì)是真誠、率直之意。源起于北宋年間，王安石變法，砸缸的司馬光與其政見不合，司馬光回鄉(xiāng)與摯友成立真率會(huì)，宴請(qǐng)時(shí)酒不過三巡，菜不過五味。此風(fēng)傳至清光緒，吳郡真率會(huì)以歸隱蘇州的官紳，以真誠坦率為相處之道，私家園林為相聚場(chǎng)所，以書畫鑒賞、詩文唱和、品茗飲酒等為活動(dòng)內(nèi)容。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      解放前蘇綸廠是其子嚴(yán)欣淇經(jīng)營，廠現(xiàn)雖已不復(fù)存在，但由于嚴(yán)家的公益事業(yè)，如在西塘河上造的裕棠橋還在，由于要保護(hù)老橋在其邊上造了座新橋也稱裕棠橋；大公園中的裕齋也還在，仍是茶室對(duì)游人開放；鶴園是嚴(yán)家1942年購之私產(chǎn)，解放后也捐給國家。裕社是嚴(yán)欣淇1947年所建，當(dāng)時(shí)是蘇州最好的飯店，我家在文革中下放蘇北，蘇州的最后的一夜就是集中住在裕社。后歸于蘇州會(huì)議中心大酒店，惜現(xiàn)拆除。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
