white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 那是1989年，我大學(xué)畢業(yè)工作后的第六個年頭。那年，我所在的呂梁地區(qū)賀昌中學(xué)一下子接收了十幾名大學(xué)畢業(yè)生，是賀中歷史上接收大學(xué)生最多的一年。分配來的大學(xué)生中有山西大學(xué)和山西師院的，但好像最多的是北京師范學(xué)院（即后來的首都師范大學(xué)）的，因為1985年呂梁為了籌建理工?？茖W(xué)校一下子在北京師院委托培養(yǎng)了數(shù)十名本科生，但畢業(yè)之時理工?？茖W(xué)校卻并未能獨立建設(shè)，于是呂梁行署決定將他們分散分配到呂梁各大中專學(xué)校。當(dāng)時的賀昌中學(xué)，是呂梁唯一一所由行署直管的正縣級建制的省首批重點中學(xué)，辦學(xué)質(zhì)量在呂梁山上九縣獨領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷，加之是以烈士英名命名的革命老校，不僅有著開明的辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)，干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的氛圍也很濃厚，坊間有“呂梁的北大”之稱，于是自然就成為師范畢業(yè)生回呂梁就業(yè)的首選。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 其中從北京師院分到賀昌中學(xué)任教的，我記得有馬林、王金虎、劉育紅、薛鳳萍、胡翠蘭、郝海英等老師。而畢業(yè)于生物系的賀新平，也正是他們之中的一員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 和我走在一起，他的高大，正能襯托出我的矮小。那是1992年初夏的一天，119班李小娟同學(xué)看見我和賀老師一左一右向著正在做操的大家走去，隨即和身邊的同學(xué)“掩嘴胡盧而笑”。我問他：“你知道她們笑什么？”他搖頭說：“不知道。”我兩手一上一下做了個一高一低的手勢，說道：“我倆一高一低反差大啊！”他聽后先是一愣，接著便爽聲“哈哈哈”地大笑起來。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 當(dāng)然，呂梁方言中，在對方姓之前加一“老”字，還意味著對對方的尊重，他也有這一層意思在內(nèi)，因為當(dāng)時我在家長學(xué)生群里有了些名氣。他和我說：“學(xué)生們那么崇拜你！我也要好好教書，如果我當(dāng)老師也能當(dāng)?shù)侥氵@份上，一輩子也就滿足哩！”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 嗓門洪大的他，平時說話時愛用老家臨縣的方言。和我說話時，他有時用土話，有時用的是臨縣普通話，因為我講普通話。而在學(xué)生面前，在課堂之上，他更多時候用的是臨縣普通話，因為他知道教師的教學(xué)語言，應(yīng)該是普通話。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 雖然他的普通話有濃重的臨縣口音，但是字正腔圓，鏗鏘有力。他是生物系畢業(yè)的，上大學(xué)時學(xué)業(yè)出眾的他，教高中生物游刃有余，于是他很快就贏得了學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和家長的好評。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 那是1990年9月。賀新平入職一年后，我所帶的賀昌中學(xué)104文科班在1990年高考中取得了賀中歷史上文科班最好的成績，一個班的高考達(dá)線人數(shù)占到全呂梁地區(qū)文科達(dá)線人數(shù)的七分之一。張梅同學(xué)以優(yōu)異成績被北大法律系錄取，郭秀英同學(xué)以省外語類前十名的成績被剛剛成立的、由鄧小平親筆題寫校名的中國金融學(xué)院錄取，張德生同學(xué)則考上了中國政法大學(xué)，王彥如同學(xué)被天津外國語學(xué)院錄取，袁慧芬同學(xué)則就讀中南工業(yè)大學(xué)……就是就讀于本省院校的同學(xué)，入學(xué)成績也都不低。譬如李高平，雖因替家里經(jīng)濟狀況考慮而報了山西經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院，但他的成績其實是也可以被北大錄取的……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我因此被評為呂梁地區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師和勞動模范，呂梁地委和呂梁行署聯(lián)合授予“教書育人 成績優(yōu)異”匾額；呂梁地區(qū)勞動競賽委員會授予我“呂梁地區(qū)十佳科技工作者”榮譽稱號，并記功獎勵；共青團山西省委授予我“山西省新長征突擊手”。《山西教育報》在教師節(jié)期間報道了我的事跡，而我近八千字的班級管理經(jīng)驗總結(jié)則在時任省教委主任的宋玉岫的推薦下，也刊登在《思想教育》雜志上向大家推廣。特別是，我還作為全省優(yōu)秀教師的十名代表之一參加了山西電視臺由李萍、金鑒主持的“五彩繽紛”專欄教師節(jié)表彰晚會，在教師群中引起較大的反響……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
