懷仁市云東中學(xué)第十七屆"班主任技能大賽''決賽懷仁市云東中學(xué)孟月娥 <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> 為切實(shí)加強(qiáng)我校班主任隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高班主任的專業(yè)技能、業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)、工作藝術(shù)、理論水平和育人質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)我校班主任隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化發(fā)展，發(fā)現(xiàn)、樹立優(yōu)秀班主任典型，推廣先進(jìn)班主任工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提升學(xué)校教育教學(xué)管理隊(duì)伍綜合實(shí)力，我校于12月12日下午在云東會堂舉行了第十七屆班主任技能大賽。我校全體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、班主任和班干部觀看了比賽。懷仁一中校委會成員、迎賓校區(qū)高三年級王廣主任也到場觀看了比賽。</font></b><br></h1> <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> 比賽前，德育處王樹海主任為大賽致辭。比賽分為經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹、案例抽簽答辯兩個環(huán)節(jié)。12位參賽選手緊密結(jié)合班主任工作實(shí)際，圍繞“不達(dá)標(biāo)學(xué)生的轉(zhuǎn)化”、“違紀(jì)學(xué)生的教育”“感恩教育”等方面，通過演講和課件展示的方式展示了自己的班級管理理念、方法途徑、教育效果及取得成績。之后，每位選手根據(jù)所抽取的案例分析題目進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場答辯、即時分析。在比賽場上的班主任選手們風(fēng)采斐然，展現(xiàn)了自己獨(dú)樹一幟的班級管理風(fēng)格，不論是班級展示中的新穎做法、精彩論述，還是案例分析的巧妙解答、獨(dú)到見解，都展現(xiàn)出參賽選手深厚的理論水平和專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，大賽現(xiàn)場掌聲雷動、氣氛熱烈、高潮迭起。</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#ed2308"> 最后，魏杰校長對本次比賽的情況進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評，與在場的班主任一起進(jìn)行深入的探討和交流，同時也對我校班主任專業(yè)道路的發(fā)展提出了殷切的期盼。本次比賽不僅綜合考察了班主任專業(yè)能力和工作技巧，也為班主任搭建了學(xué)習(xí)借鑒、展示自我的平臺，充分體現(xiàn)了我校班主任對工作孜孜不倦的匠心追求，極大地推動了我校班主任隊(duì)伍專業(yè)化發(fā)展。</font></b></h1> <h1 style="text-align: center;
