color="#ed2308">從小就是家長眼里的“別人家的孩子”。</font>張璐昔日同學李志剛回憶，張璐性格開朗，也很刻苦，一直是學校的少先隊大隊長，肩上掛著“三道杠”，同時還是班長。初中畢業(yè)時，因?qū)W習成績優(yōu)異，還成為了全校唯一被保送到省實驗中學的學生。 <font color="#ed2308">她不僅成績優(yōu)異，綜合素質(zhì)也都很高。</font>焦勛和是張璐的初中班主任，高挑秀麗的張璐給焦勛和最深的印象就是特別有靈氣，不是呆板的“死讀書”，張璐的組織和活動能力也很強，多次被評為市級優(yōu)秀學生干部。因為張璐唱歌不錯，在學校的大型活動里，還擔任過領唱。 <font color="#808080">▲高中時的張璐</font> 0);">張璐媽媽孫女士曾在市中心醫(yī)院工作，爸爸曾在鐵路部門工作，現(xiàn)在都已經(jīng)退休。她沒有顯赫的家世背景，平時也很低調(diào)。張璐出身平凡家庭，正是在這種樸實的家風中長大，才有了端莊而高雅的氣質(zhì)。翻譯現(xiàn)場淡定的舉止和認真工作的神態(tài)，也是張璐最迷人的地方。</font></h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ff8a00">外交部翻譯是怎樣煉成的</font></h1><div><font color="#ff8a00"><br></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b>1、嚴格篩選</b></font></div><div><font color="#010101" style="line-height: 24px;">外交部挑選翻譯人員要經(jīng)過嚴格的初試和復試：初試一般通過公務員考試排名，或是去專業(yè)院校進行筆試。</font>這位工作人員說：“入部考試中的英語水平測試相當難，通過筆試后還必須參加英語面試，其中成績排在最前面的10至15名，才有可能進入翻譯室參加下一階段的‘觀察培訓’?！?lt;br></div><div><font color="#010101"></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><br></font></div><div><font color="#010101">“觀察培訓”實質(zhì)上就是“淘汰式培訓”。首先是強化訓練，由翻譯室的幾位前輩每天陪學員做大量的聽力、口譯和筆譯練習?！芭嘤柕膹姸群艽?，所用的教材時效性很強，基本上都是當天的新聞和評論，或近期的熱點話題?！?lt;/font>外交部還會邀請一些專家來授課，同時全面觀察學員的外語基本功、翻譯潛質(zhì)、領悟力、語言表達習慣、聲音狀態(tài)、刻苦精神、承受高強度工作壓力的身體和心理素質(zhì)、組織紀律性……</div><div>“通過初試的人，只有不到4%被最終錄用”。</div><div><font color="#010101"></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b>2、魔鬼訓練</b></font></div><div><font color="#010101">張璐介紹自己在外交部的工作狀態(tài)時說，“有點上學時的感覺”。</font>“每天要很早起床，要聽BBC、VOA等充實自己。晚上回去要做功課，總結(jié)、回顧當天翻譯的東西。有時候剛下飛機，時差還沒倒過來，就被叫去，一翻譯就是好幾個小時，回來后全身酸痛，疲憊不堪，感覺像是被人痛打了一頓?！狈g室的很多工作人員都說，要不是內(nèi)心真正喜歡，肯定無法堅持下來。他們通過這種練習，最后都能“不由自主，習慣成自然，看到中文時，嘴里就能馬上條件反射出英文來。”</div><div><font color="#010101"><b></b></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b>3、苦練技巧</b></font></div><div><font color="#010101">高翻是有一定技巧的，為了提高速度，部分內(nèi)容會用一些符號來代替。</font>“比如‘四項基本原則’可以用‘四’字來代替，‘獨立自主的和平外交政策’可以用‘和’字外面加一個圈來代替。”除此之外，領導人發(fā)言的時候，你不可能讓他停下來，即使是連續(xù)10分鐘的講話，也得盡可能全部翻譯出來。因此，記筆記是翻譯的一個工作重點，這就需要不斷地練習臂力。</div><div><font color="#010101"></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b>4、嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度</b></font></div><div><font color="#010101">外交部翻譯室副主任任小萍曾對外介紹，翻譯室最大的特點之一是培養(yǎng)嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度。</font>“翻譯過程必須一絲不茍，從內(nèi)容到體例，從稱呼到專用詞，該查的必須一項一項查，決不能馬虎或想當然。不僅要查，而且要知道出處?！?lt;/div><div><font color="#010101"></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b><br></b></font></div><div><font color="#010101"><b>5、過硬的心理素質(zhì)</b></font></div><div><font color="#010101">據(jù)外交部翻譯室副主任任小萍稱：“翻譯人員還必須具有超強的心理素質(zhì)，既要有信心，又要保持一顆平常心。必須集中全部精力，不能允許有半點虛榮心作怪，否則，遇到難點和問題，就會方寸大亂，就會‘砸鍋’?！?lt;/font></div> <h3 style="text-align: center;"><font
