<p class="ql-block"><b>楊文黨（中國）</b></p><p class="ql-block">Yang Wendang (China)</p> <p class="ql-block"> 楊文黨，<b>世界文化名人，第8屆世界文化交流偉大貢獻(xiàn)獎得主，世界文化大使勛章獲得者，世界名人研究院院士，</b>中國騰云投資事業(yè)合伙人，世界楊氏宗親總會秘書長 。</p><p class="ql-block"> 1962年3月3日出生于中國福建，活躍于商界及社會組織領(lǐng)域。出于本人規(guī)劃案例在2018年8月份針對中國福州市有六個行政區(qū)域之內(nèi)，最終延伸定位規(guī)劃出未來共有13個行政區(qū)域范圍宏偉藍(lán)圖。</p><p class="ql-block"> 當(dāng)年就以中國一帶一路國際合作促進(jìn)會籌建工作委員會的名義發(fā)布于世界各大互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新聞群網(wǎng)上，得到國家及福建省規(guī)劃委相關(guān)部門的高度認(rèn)可與贊同。為21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路發(fā)源地起點經(jīng)濟帶走廊發(fā)揮應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)！</p><p class="ql-block"> 在中華社會大學(xué)文藝系工作，復(fù)旦大學(xué)85屆中文系，廈門大學(xué)MBA工商管理碩士。現(xiàn)任中國一帶一路合促會執(zhí)行主席（創(chuàng)會人），國促會九大常委首席執(zhí)行官。</p><p class="ql-block"> 作為中國資源聯(lián)合會福建分會常務(wù)副會長及香港國際商會聯(lián)合體副主席，該聯(lián)合體在海外58個國家設(shè)立分會。在促進(jìn)閩港兩地經(jīng)貿(mào)交流中扮演著重要角色，并負(fù)責(zé)福建代表處的工作。</p><p class="ql-block"> 自2003年正式成為上海市影響力俱樂部高級會員身份，2005年成為福建省政府每年5.18海峽經(jīng)貿(mào)交易博覽會與6.18科技展示博覽會精英規(guī)劃團隊主力軍，2006年被列為國際威斯丁大酒店鉆石身份，亞洲億圓佰人圓桌協(xié)會常務(wù)會長。</p><p class="ql-block"> 積極參與各類協(xié)會與促進(jìn)會工作，2008年起，更是在推動海峽兩岸交流及一帶一路倡議的國際合作中發(fā)揮重要作用。通過組織高端論壇與峰會，他促進(jìn)了政企互動，實現(xiàn)了金融、商貿(mào)與文化的多維度聯(lián)通，為參與企業(yè)搭建了通往國際市場的通道與架接橋梁，起著發(fā)揮關(guān)健性的人際資源選架作用………</p><p class="ql-block"> 2010年被中國經(jīng)濟年度人物入圍候選人之一。一份宏偉的藍(lán)圖規(guī)劃在網(wǎng)上發(fā)布之后，即成為2024世界大網(wǎng)紅中國代表，中國十大模范標(biāo)兵之一。</p><p class="ql-block"> 2025年3月13日榮獲第8屆世界文化交流偉大貢獻(xiàn)獎，世界文化大使勛章，擔(dān)任世界名人研究院院士，其個人近照，杰出成就入編2025中英雙語版《世界名人錄》（綜合卷·文化卷），2025中英雙語版《世界名人錄》(綜合22卷)由世界名人研究院主編，世界圣火藝術(shù)研究院，世界文藝界杰出文藝家聯(lián)合會協(xié)編。</p> <p class="ql-block"> Yang Wendang, a world-renowned cultural figure, winner of the 8th World Cultural Exchange Great Contribution Award, recipient of the World Cultural Ambassador Medal, academician of the World Celebrity Research Institute, partner of China Tengyun Investment, and Secretary General of the World Yang Family Association.</p><p class="ql-block"> Born on March 3, 1962 in Fujian, China, active in the business and social organization fields. Based on my planning case, in August 2018, I extended the positioning and planned a grand blueprint for a total of 13 administrative regions within the six administrative regions of Fuzhou, China.</p><p class="ql-block"> It was published on the world's major Internet news groups in the name of the Preparatory Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of International Cooperation on the the Belt and Road, and was highly recognized and approved by the relevant departments of the State and Fujian Provincial Planning Commission. At present, he is the Executive Chairman (founder) of China Council for the Promotion of the Belt and Road Cooperation, and the CEO of the nine standing committees of the Council.</p><p class="ql-block"> As the Executive Vice President of the Fujian Branch of the China Resources Federation and Vice President of the Hong Kong International Chamber of Commerce Federation, the consortium has established branches in 58 countries overseas. Plays an important role in promoting economic and trade exchanges between Fujian and Hong Kong, and is responsible for the work of the Fujian Representative Office.</p><p class="ql-block"> Since 2003, it has officially become a senior member of the Shanghai Influence Club. In 2005, it became the main force of the elite planning team for the Fujian Provincial Government's annual 5.18 Strait Economic and Trade Expo and 6.18 Science and Technology Exhibition. In 2006, it was listed as a diamond member of the International Westin Hotel and the executive chairman of the Asia Billion Dollar Round Table Association.</p><p class="ql-block"> Actively participate in the work of various associations and promotion associations.
