color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 去年的今天，袁公不幸與世長辭，舉國上下沉痛悼念。三門峽市忘年詩社的詩友們也都自發(fā)地?fù)]筆賦詩，以表示深切的悼念之情。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 前日，受 石云英 社長的邀請，讓我寫一點東西代表詩社以寄托對袁公的哀思。我欣然命筆以抒懷。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 提到袁公的名字，我是1977年才知道的。那是1976年4月，我從部隊退伍回到家鄉(xiāng)后，被推薦為“工農(nóng)兵學(xué)員”上大學(xué)。當(dāng)時，學(xué)校地址在偃師縣，學(xué)校名稱為《岳灘農(nóng)學(xué)院》（因岳灘是全國小麥生產(chǎn)先進單位，又是全國小麥專家、時任河南省農(nóng)委主任劉應(yīng)祥的家鄉(xiāng)，因此而聞名。后經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)改名為：豫西農(nóng)業(yè)專科學(xué)校；又由于規(guī)模發(fā)展較快，2002年由三座學(xué)校（工學(xué)、農(nóng)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)）合并組建為：河南科技大學(xué)，校址座落在洛陽市新區(qū)）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 在校學(xué)習(xí)期間，學(xué)校設(shè)置的是農(nóng)學(xué)和畜牧兩種專業(yè)。我們除了學(xué)習(xí)十多門的農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課外，所學(xué)專業(yè)課是小麥、玉米、水稻、棉花和紅薯五大作物。這樣就對袁公從事雜交水稻事業(yè)逐步有所了解了。雖然咱們豫西地區(qū)氣候特點不適宜種植水稻，是以種植小麥、玉米為主，但餐桌上的米飯飄香卻是少不了的（尤其是改革開放以來）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 我們畢業(yè)以后，于1979年7月，經(jīng)過河南省統(tǒng)一考試擇優(yōu)錄干。多數(shù)同學(xué)在人民公社改為鄉(xiāng)政府后的換屆選舉中，擔(dān)任鄉(xiāng)（鎮(zhèn)）政府的分管農(nóng)業(yè)或科技的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，把在學(xué)校所學(xué)知識運用到實踐中去。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 在那個時候，農(nóng)業(yè)界就有“南袁北李”這一美譽之稱（北李：是指山東萊州“中國緊湊型雜交玉米之父李登?！保Ｋ麄円恢笔俏覀冝r(nóng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)線上的榜樣人物，始終激勵和鼓舞著我們在“三農(nóng)”第一線，應(yīng)用和推廣先進農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)，辛勤耕耘，分享豐收的喜悅！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 目前，我國農(nóng)業(yè)形勢發(fā)展取得了令人矚目的成績，但存在的一些問題也不容忽視。我國14億多人口，糧食播種面積為1.18億公頃，糧食自給率約93%。毛主席說過：“手中有糧，心中不慌”。糧食安全是關(guān)系國運民生的“壓艙石”，是國家安全的重要基礎(chǔ)。中國人的飯碗任何時候都要牢牢端在中國人自己手里。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 習(xí)近平總書記曾多次與袁隆平見面，稱其從事的是“偉大的事業(yè)”，并高度肯定袁隆平同志為我國糧食安全、農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新、世界糧食發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻，并要求廣大黨員、干部、科技工作者向袁隆平同志學(xué)習(xí)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 袁隆平同志雖然已經(jīng)離開了我們，但他的音容笑貌宛在，他的可貴精神永存。我們要學(xué)習(xí)他的從未停步的奮斗精神，學(xué)習(xí)他的勇攀高峰的科學(xué)精神，學(xué)習(xí)他的腳踏實地的追夢精神。在習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想指導(dǎo)下，不忘初心，砥礪前行，在各自不同的崗位上不斷努力，做出應(yīng)有的貢獻！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; font-size:22px;">吳孟超院士簡介</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;"> 吳孟超（1922年8月31日-2021年5月22日），福建閩清人，著名肝膽外科專家，中國科學(xué)院院士，中國肝臟外科的開拓者和主要創(chuàng)始人之一，李莊同濟醫(yī)院終身名譽院長，被譽為“中國肝膽外科之父”和有可能獲得諾貝爾生理學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)獎的中國大陸學(xué)者之一。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:22px;"> 1940年進入同濟附中，1949年畢業(yè)于原同濟大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院（今華中科技大學(xué)同濟醫(yī)學(xué)院）。1991年當(dāng)選中國科學(xué)院院士，2005年獲國家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎，2011年5月，中國將17606號小行星命名為“吳孟超星”。2012年2月3日，光榮當(dāng)選感動中國2011年度人物。2019年1月14日，吳孟超院士退休。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);
