學前教育專業(yè)期初工作會議 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 3月2日，迎著春的氣息，蕭山一職學前教育專業(yè)首次教研活動暨期初工作會議在幼兒活動模擬室有序展開。在組長林卿卿老師的主持下，本次教研活動共分為3個部分。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 首先林老師重申了《蕭山一職關(guān)于進一步加強和規(guī)范教學常規(guī)管理實施意見》的相關(guān)內(nèi)容，從課堂教學、主題教研、公開課的開設(shè)等方面提出了教學常規(guī)的具體落實與要求，并鼓勵青年教師積極的參賽備賽，以賽促學、以賽促教。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 教研與科研是密不可分的，作為學前教育組的一員，針對薄弱的科研項目，本學期我們要在日常的教學中做到教研與科研的結(jié)合和滲透，并能積極的參與市三名工程建設(shè)項目—學前教育專業(yè)“雙軌四段漸近式”現(xiàn)代學徒制試點的建設(shè)項目材料的準備與整理。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 最后每位老師結(jié)合實際情況上報了開設(shè)公開課的時間，對上課的模式、聽評課的形式等進行了探討，力求達到精準教學。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 通過本次會議，全體學前老師明確了新學期的工作任務和方向。新學期，新征程，學前組，在行動！</h3>
