李先念：1909年生，湖北黃安(今紅安)人。1927年加入中國共產(chǎn)黨。曾領(lǐng)導家鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民參加黃麻起義。先后任中共黃安縣區(qū)委書記，黃安縣工農(nóng)民主政府主席。1931年后任中國工農(nóng)紅軍第四方面軍團政委、師政委、軍政委。為創(chuàng)建中國鄂豫皖和川陜革命根據(jù)地作出了貢獻。1935年參加長征，率領(lǐng)第四方面軍的先頭部隊攻克四川省西部的懋功，同第一方面軍會師。1936年第四方面軍的一部分在甘肅渡黃河西進，組成西路軍。1937年率西路軍余部轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)到新疆。同年底到達延安。抗日戰(zhàn)爭時期，任中共河南省委軍事部部長，新四軍豫鄂挺進縱隊司令員、</i></h1><h1><i
